Response to James G*twech Jock’s letter subject to “DISSOLUTION OF ALL THE 16 PAYAMS' HEAD CHIEFS”.
The office of the legal commissioner of Nasir County James G*tluak Lew served under Revitalized Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict of South Sudan (R-ARCSS) 2018 power sharing would like to respond and refutes the letter released earlier yesterday 9 August 2025 by the office of James G*twech Jock, announcing the disbanding of all the 16 Payam's Head Chiefs for Nasir County. Therefore, Nasir County does not have 16 chiefs as per your letter; it only has 15 chiefs plus Payam HQ, which was wrought under town council structure lead by Payam Executive Officer and his board.
In the second note, all the 15 head chiefs and their subordinates, eg the sub-chiefs, Headmen and 15 Payam Executive Officers have no curiosity in G*twech’s leadership, that is why none of the aforementioned leaders visited Nasir town since April 20, 2025 when the community were chased, hunted, burned with chemical and aerial bombardments by SSPDF who are still brutal murdering the innocent civilians and hurled their bodies in the river. Thus, the emphatic command of giving 72 to the community leaders of 15 Payam is intentionally to assassinate and this is term as illicit based on your threatened language.
The honesty, integrity, impartiality, confidentiality Empathy and humility are the best style of the real leader whenever leading the community instead of tarnishing and butchering them, hence none of the mentioned community leaders will attempt by risking their life to come to Nasir at the mentioned period.
You call yourself as a commissioner of Nasir County or a leader, why are you obstructive humanitarian services envisioned for Nasir civilians. The services includes Medical services, protection (GBV) services, WASH services, FSL services Food services while community are starving to death as you block river corridor humanitarian services and yet you lawsuit by ordering community leaders to come to you. Do you even know if any one of the mentioned community leaders died during cholera outbreak when you flight banded and blocked humanitarian to provide medical assistant to the affected civilians you claim to be yours today.
I know your response to my leader will end up carrying out aerial bombardment to the innocent civilians as one of your MOTTO.
