President of Gbudue FC Kampala concludes a two days visit to the West Nile Region
The President of Gbudue FC Kampala Farah Simon has concluded his two days visit to Northern Uganda where he met with football players of Bakindo FC in Byelaye and Anisa FC in Arua.
During the visit, President Farah with his accompanying delegation donated a full set of jersey to both Bakindo and Anisa football clubs while encouraging them to stick to their education while using football as a tool for fostering unity and peaceful coexistence among the different South Sudanese communities living in the region.
Speaking on behalf of the players, Anisa FC captain thanked the administration of Gbudue FC Kampala for their timely and most needed support of providing the teams with jerseys which they have lacked for so long.
Gbudue FC Kampala, a football team based in the Ugandan capital Kampala has served as a unifying factor for South Sudanese living and studying in Uganda.
Since it's inception, the club has produced stars who have gone ahead to play in the South Sudan National Team like Felix Fox Agumemboki and Bangasi Justin Bakosoro.
