We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. We seek a cold caller agent who has native English skills to make outbound calls for a US company. The ideal candidate would be an experienced salesman, with strong oral communication and persuasive characteristics. He or she should be able to adapt or learn the process with minimum training and self-research. The agent should not to be too dependent on the script. Previous Sales experience is a must. Any previous work experience in the solar panel industry will be considered a major plus. It is a full time, in-office position. A Covid-19 protocol is in currently in place to ensure everyone´s safety. It is a Mon-Friday position with a fixed based salary of 650 USD. Responsibilities and Duties:

He should have previous knowledge of Class 4 Switches, DID´s (Direct Inward Dialing), SIP Trunking, SIP troubleshooting, SIP Protocol. Previous experience with Linux is a plus. The primary purpose of the CSR/Receptionist is to convert customer enquiries
into sales and maintain logs associated with Critical Performance Measures (CPMs). The CSR/Receptionist also provides front‐line support in handling all customer interactions. Responsible for answering the phones, dealing with customer
