We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. We seek a cold caller agent who has native English skills to make outbound calls for a US company. The ideal candidate would be an experienced salesman, with strong oral communication and persuasive characteristics. He or she should be able to adapt or learn the process with minimum training and self-research. The agent should not to be too dependent on the script. Previous Sales experience is a must. Any previous work experience in the solar panel industry will be considered a major plus. It is a full time, in-office position. A Covid-19 protocol is in currently in place to ensure everyone´s safety. It is a Mon-Friday position with a fixed based salary of 650 USD. Responsibilities and Duties:
-Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business and equally rigorous follow up with leads in your pipeline.
-Qualify potential customers for appointments using a script. Self-motivated.
-Enthusiastic and self-starting approach.
-Passion for selling.
-Goal oriented.
-Willingness to learn more about the industry and ask questions.
-Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written). (The closer to the American accent the better)
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
-Be a phone animal: willingness and ability to spend 80 to 90% of workday on the phone
