Speaking into people’s lives—from business leaders and employees to students—through 19-D is both a profound responsibility and a blessing we never take for granted. We are very intentional about who we allow to speak into our own lives because words matter and people are spiritual beings.

Therefore, being trusted by United World College - Waterford Kamhlaba, an environment dedicated to developing global leaders, to facilitate a mindset transformation session was a true honour. Leading the students in dance and seeing them fully embrace the experience was the cherry on top! 😀

Sebenzile Dlamini, Founder of 19-D Pty (a dynamic management consultancy and food processing business) recently delivered two powerful student empowerment workshops at Waterford Kamhlaba United World College and Mkhondvo High School, focusing on Personal Effectiveness and Excellence. This followed impactful team-building sessions with staff at both institutions earlier this year.
Her message revolved around four core principles (F.A.S.T), a unique fusion of psychology, spirituality, and business strategy designed to ignite self-motivation, holistic growth, and community transformation. With deep experience as a senior manager in government, executive leader in NGOs and parastatals, and an entrepreneur, Sebenzile bridges global business principles with Emaswati values—helping individuals and teams unlock peak performance while staying rooted in purpose.
Central to her philosophy is spirituality (not religion)—the foundation upon which mindset, behaviour, and sustainable success revolve.
