RATE Revenue Appeals Tribunal Eswatini wowed us with how they created a safe space for employees and management to freely communicate and laugh out loud together throughout the day. The Team collectively navigated difficult conversations and self-introspection, laying a good foundation for strengthening business systems and strategic OKRs.
We covered the following themes;

- effect of background and leadership style
It's not just financial literacy or budgeting, cost reduction, savings, and investing here and there.
It’s a mindset that aligns with the creator of resources and fosters peace, fulfilment, and service, which enhances income generation sustainably. Teams that have this mindset are less likely to self-sabotage. They are also best for value addition in business.

The Board and staff discussed the foundation for excellence. 19-D facilitated discussions and games to avoid team fragmentation. We brought to light some self-limiting religious and cultural beliefs and norms that affect how team members perceive each other’s ‘success’. The deliberations on wealth creation (and a lack of capacity to create wealth) indicated that this is one of the main sources of conflicts in and outside the workplace.
