Sebenzile Dlamini, Founder of 19-D Pty (a dynamic management consultancy and food processing business) recently delivered two powerful student empowerment workshops at Waterford Kamhlaba United World College and Mkhondvo High School, focusing on Personal Effectiveness and Excellence. This followed impactful team-building sessions with staff at both institutions earlier this year.
Her message revolved around four core principles (F.A.S.T), a unique fusion of psychology, spirituality, and business strategy designed to ignite self-motivation, holistic growth, and community transformation. Drawing from her remarkable journey, from rural Eswatini to the UK, US, Europe, Asia, and across Africa, she shared how she cultivated strategic thinking, leadership, and entrepreneurial resilience in diverse global landscapes.
With deep experience as a senior manager in government, executive leader in NGOs and parastatals, and an entrepreneur, Sebenzile bridges global business principles with Emaswati values—helping individuals and teams unlock peak performance while staying rooted in purpose.
Central to her philosophy is spirituality (not religion)—the foundation upon which mindset, behaviour, and sustainable success revolve.
Let’s build stronger minds, stronger teams, and stronger results together!
