We’re looking for a Marketing & Community Manager who can connect our vision with the world — building awareness, driving adoption, and engaging communities around our blockchain-powered creative ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote blockchain-powered creative projects (NFTs, tokenized royalties, fan engagement platforms).
Build and manage community channels (Discord, Telegram, X/Twitter, Instagram) to grow and engage our global audience.
Create compelling campaigns and content (posts, newsletters, AMAs, collaborations).
Partner with artists, athletes, and brands to co-launch campaigns that highlight our Web3 initiatives.
Monitor and report on community sentiment, growth, and engagement metrics.
Act as the bridge between community feedback and internal product/creative teams.
Stay up to date on Web3, blockchain, and creative industry trends to keep campaigns innovative and relevant.
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or community management (Web3/Blockchain experience a plus).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and crypto-native communities.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills (writing + visual content).
Ability to build trust, nurture communities, and handle feedback positively.
Passion for the creative industry (music, publishing, sports, media) and emerging technologies.
Self-starter mindset — able to work independently and as part of a collaborative, global team.
