Role Overview
We are seeking a Blockchain Developer to design, develop, and implement smart contracts, dApps, and blockchain-based solutions tailored to the creative and entertainment industries. You will collaborate with our product, design, and management teams to create secure and user-friendly Web3 experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts (Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, or similar).
Build decentralized applications (dApps) for royalties, NFTs, and tokenized ecosystems.
Integrate blockchain with web and mobile applications.
Conduct smart contract audits to ensure security and reliability.
Work closely with creative teams to translate business needs into blockchain solutions.
Stay updated on emerging blockchain protocols, DeFi, and Web3 trends.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Go, or Python.
Hands-on experience with Ethereum / EVM chains, Polygon, Solana, or other L1/L2 solutions.
Familiarity with Web3.js, Ethers.js, Node.js, React.
Experience with NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155) and tokenomics.
Understanding of blockchain security best practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Nice to Have
Experience in DeFi, DAOs, or metaverse platforms.
Previous work in creative industries, music, publishing, or sports tech.
Knowledge of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and cross-chain solutions.
