ENPF Investing in Wellbeing: Leaders Champion Workplace Wellness After Strategic Skill Enhancement

The Eswatini National Provident Fund (ENPF) proudly announces the successful completion of a transformative two-day "Strategic Leadership in Workplace Wellness" training, held on June 10th and 11th. Led by renowned wellness strategist Miles Jacob Wellness, this intensive program equipped eleven of ENPF’s managers and supervisors with cutting-edge skills to foster a healthier, more vibrant organizational environment.

The training aimed to deepen leaders' understanding of how strategic wellness initiatives enhance organizational performance and employee satisfaction. Participants gained insights into:

Strategic Alignment: Integrating wellness efforts with the Eswatini National Wellness Policy.
Team Dynamics: Building resilient teams and fostering high performance.
Transformational Leadership: Inspiring wellness across all levels.
Business Impact: Recognizing wellness as a driver of sustainability and success.
Performance Management: Developing sensitive and professional staff development skills.
All participating managers and supervisors achieved an impressive average score of 90%, demonstrating their commitment to leading impactful wellness initiatives. These leaders are now poised to embed a culture where employee health and happiness are fundamental pillars of ENPF’s operational philosophy.

ENPF is committed to cultivating a workplace where health, happiness, and high performance are harmoniously integrated. "Together, ENPF is investing in wellness today for a healthier, more prosperous tomorrow."

At ENPF, we believe a healthy mind and body are the foundation of a thriving workforce. Yesterday, 12 June 2025, we proudly hosted a comprehensive mental health wellness session at our Manzini headquarters, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to our staff's holistic well-being.

Led by the insightful Miles Jacob Wellness, the session equipped our employees with essential tools for maintaining mental and physical health. Miles emphasized a holistic approach, covering crucial aspects like financial self-care, self-love, compassion for others, physical health, and cultivating resilience. "Taking care of your mind and body is a lifelong commitment," he shared, offering practical tips for enhanced mental clarity and emotional strength.

The session was highly interactive, featuring mild morning exercises to boost mood and focus, alongside mind relaxation games that promoted calmness and joy. In alignment with Men's Health Month, Miles Jacob also passionately urged men over 40 to prioritize prostate cancer testing, emphasizing that "Early detection saves lives."

ENPF HR Manager Muzi Mngomezulu highlighted the importance of this initiative: “Investing in our employees’ mental health is crucial for a productive and happy workforce. The session was not only informative but also inspiring."

This initiative underscores ENPF's dedication to fostering a supportive environment where our employees can thrive both professionally and personally, reinforcing our commitment to overall well-being.
