NMC has reopened payments for the 2025/26 Beans Production Input Subsidy for farmers who were approved but didn’t pay in time — and new applicants may also be considered while the budget lasts.

💰 Packages: E6,000/ha | E3,000/½ ha

Some farmers have raised serious concerns over Namboard collection delays, saying vegetables are rotting in fields and storerooms—especially amid persistent rains.

One farmer reports losing 26 crates of green peppers, while others say they’ve waited days to weeks for pick-ups. Namboard, however, cites fleet constraints and says it is working to stabilise operations, including encouraging self-delivery to packhouses with transport compensation.
