Ecsponent/ESW Court Case:

Members of Ecsponent/ ESW are notified that on Wednesday 2nd August 2023, their court case against Ecsponent or ESW will start at the High Court in Mbabane at 9.30am.

The Case No is 1816/2023 and Dave van Niekerk and Edwin J. Soonius, the directors of Ecsponent when and where money was lost, will be in the dock.

Investors who can reach Mbabane are asked to go and give support to the case.
