JHOL and Maya Pi***la Agavepura come together for a one-night-only experience, blending India’s vibrant coastal flavours with agave-driven cocktail artistry. The five-course tasting menu unfolds as follows:

Paloma #6: Pi***la Joven meets kokum-grapefruit, honey, and sparkling water, refreshing and bright alongside the bold starter trio of Calicut pepper crab, Goan choris pav, and Kolkata deviled eggs.

Susegad: Pi***la Reposado blended with clarified mango yoghurt and a salted coconut feni foam, adding creamy tropical notes to complement the Berhampur fried chicken.

Gulabo-Rita: Pi***la Rosa with elderflower liqueur, rose, hibiscus bitters, and lime — floral and tart, pairing beautifully with Surti-style chilli cheese toast and winter truffle.

Feast Old Fashioned: Coconut-oil-washed Pi***la Añejo infused with garam masala bitters and honey, a rich, spiced companion to the sharing plates of Kundapura ghee roast chicken and Alleppey fish curry.

Pi***la Extra Añejo & Quaffine Cold Brew: A bold, dessert-worthy finish layered with toffee, caramel, and espresso notes, elevating the sticky toffee pudding finale.
