#8 Tony Severin - I Discovered Myself at 50: My Journey to Self-Acceptance.

"And here am I, being absolutely miserable, denying myself all of the fun and joys of the fullness of my life, my physicality, my masculinity, my sexuality, because I think I want to keep everyone else happy, and at the same time, just making myself miserable."
This week on KohPhanCast, I share my good friend's Tony journey of self-discovery and acceptance, who found himself at 50 years old. Growing up in a strict environment, Tony faced immense challenges in accepting his identity as a gay man.

He shares his story of navigating through a life filled with fear and denial, ultimately leading to a transformative moment that changed everything.
After the loss of a close friend and mentor, Tony realized he could no longer live a life of misery and began to embrace his true self.

He recounts the struggles of coming out to his family and the surprising acceptance he received, especially from his father.
Tony's journey is a testament to the power of self-acceptance and the importance of living authentically.
He emphasizes that love is foundational to the human experience and that we must first love ourselves before we can truly connect with others.

Join us as we explore the beauty of vulnerability, the importance of community, and the joy of living life to the fullest. This episode is not just about Tony's story; it's a call to action for anyone who feels trapped in their own life to take that leap of faith and embrace who they truly are.

#7 Simona (Vik) Cerna- Discovering the Secrets of Self Discipline.

"First, find something. It's like many places you are afraid of many things you don't want to do because you don't feel confident. Pick one of them and do that one. You take the first step out, and you won't be afraid to take other steps."

This week on KohPhanCast, I had the pleasure of speaking with my good friend Vic, a personal trainer who embodies motivation and discipline.

Vic shares her journey from being unsure in the gym to becoming a dedicated trainer who inspires others. She emphasizes that discipline is more important than motivation, as it leads to lasting change.

Vic's story is a testament to the power of stepping out of your comfort zone and embracing challenges. She encourages everyone to start small, whether it's going to the gym or trying something new, and to focus on the progress rather than perfection.

The conversation highlights the importance of community, support, and the mindset shift needed to achieve your goals.

If you're feeling stuck or afraid, remember that the first step is often the hardest, but it's also the most rewarding. Join us as we explore how to transform fear into action and create a lifestyle that promotes health and happiness.

"I remember me sitting together with a friend that came to take me. He understood that I made a mess in India and the Indian mafia wanted to kill me, pay money on my head in a party one night before."
This was just one of the many harrowing experiences He faced during his battle with addiction.
In this episode of KohPhanCast, I share the journey of my good friend Yoav Aviatar, who had faced the demons of drug addiction for over a decade. Together, we delve into the dark realities of addiction, trauma, and the path to recovery.

Yoav's story is one of resilience and transformation. "I witnessed a tragic shooting that changed my life forever. It was a moment that left me in shock and disbelief. As I stood there, I couldn't comprehend what was happening. The sound of a single gunshot echoed in my ears, and in an instant, everything changed. My friend was shot, and I had to act quickly to help him. #3 Andrea Casti - Honesty, Island Life And Kontainers.

------------------------------

"I told them always the same thing. My life is not what you see. Because many people take the life of the people and they paste their life on Instagram. So they see free picture, but I'm not posting the picture of myself washing the dishes. I'm not an idiot."

In this episode of KohPhanCast, I dive deep into the reality of social media and the facade that many people present online. It's easy to get caught up in the highlight reels of others' lives, but the truth is often far from what is portrayed. I share my own insecurities about editing and presenting this project honestly and I introduce my guest, Andrea Casti, the owner of Kontainer Restaurant.
Andrea is a friend and an incredible person who embodies authenticity. He speaks candidly about his journey, the challenges of running a business, and the importance of staying true to oneself.

We discuss the pressures of social media, the misconceptions of living in paradise, and the reality of hard work behind the scenes. Andrea's story is a testament to the idea that life is not always what it seems, and that we must embrace our true selves, flaws and all.

Join us as we explore the importance of authenticity in a world that often values appearances over reality. This conversation is not just about social media; it's about living life on your own terms and finding fulfillment in the journey, not just the destination.

#2 Joanna Leusin - Psychology, Astrology and the Meaning of Life.

----------------------

Welcome to Episode 2 of KohPhanCast!

This week i got the pleasure of having my good friend Joanna Leusin at the studio.

Joanna is a Systemic Psychotherapist for Individuals, Couples and Groups. Master in Clinical Psychology.

Educator, Speaker, Astrologist, Teacher of the Science of Yoga, Spiritual Guide, Facilitator of Immersions and Transformative Journeys for Healing and Evolution.

"Visionary, passionate about life, intuitive, a knowledge seeker and a frontier explorer. With a keen sense of empathy, Joanna has always sought to act and work towards a better world. With an unconditional love for humanity, she is always willing to listen and help humans. She knows that we are all children of Mother Earth and recognizes the individual value of each one of us. "

Born and raised in southern Brazil, Joanna was interested in the invisible, the mystical, the magical and innovative creations from a young age. At the age of 6, she faced what she calls her first “castration”, when the educational system diagnosed her with learning difficulties. This diagnosis was an attempt to fit her into a robotic teaching model, in which the multiple facets and intelligences of humans are not considered. What bothered the system was Joanna’s imagination, sensitivity and spirituality. The system does not want authentic beings capable of confronting the system itself.

Amazing human being. I was left inspired.
sure you're going to be like me!
