We have found hidden gems in Scotland like the Old Brig O’Dee near Braemore. Standing on and next to such history. Where the Royals have vacationed and had pictures taken was a pretty cool experience. We have to thank our amazing local friends and tour guides for the day for this special find!
Scotland is so special. We still have so much to explore!!

Travel prep continues over here! One week and counting until Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿!!
Although we don’t need IDPs for Scotland, they are required for some of our fall destinations!!! Wondering where we are headed?….we just filmed our fall & winter travel plans video, which will be out this Sunday.

✈️ What fall travel plans do you have?? Do you need an international driver’s permit? Make sure you’re prepared. CAA is the ONLY place you can get an IDP in Canada. Check their website for a full list of countries where you need an IDP if you plan to drive. We’d love to hear where you’re headed!! Let us know in the comments!

Staying with these kids in Toronto = amazing local food & drink experiences in town! Also, have you really been to Toronto if you didn’t visit a speakeasy for a night cap?!

We will be house and pet-sitting downtown over the next few weeks! Let us know if you have any downtown Toronto food favourites that we MUST try! Especially if they have a dog-friendly patios! 🐕

Well it’s been a hot minute since we posted over here!! This summer has flown by (and truly isn’t over yet!). But we put Sadie in storage today and said goodbye for the fall and winter! Then we hopped on a train and we are Toronto bound!!

We’ve been quiet here because we’ve been visiting family (and even that didn’t seem like enough time) Soaking in all of our time and preparing Sadie for her winter hibernation and us for our fall travels!

The rest of the month will be spent in the city! Hanging in Toronto while we visit and housesit and prep for a fall in the UK and Europe 🥂

We are excited to talk about our fall plans! We will keep you up to date here and we’re planning to do a YouTube video to share all of our plans with you guys!! We have new luggage, a new plan, and a very different and ambitious style than our normal slow travels. We are going to be covering a lot of ground, a lot of new countries and we are excited to share all of our plans!
