• នេះគឺជាការរំលោភលើច្បាប់មនុស្សធម៌អន្តរជាតិ និងជាឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មសង្រ្គាម ដែលហាមប្រាមការប្រើប្រាស់អាវុធដែលទំនងជាបណ្តាលឱ្យមានជនស៊ីវិលស្លាប់។ ឥទ្ធិពលមិនរើសអើងនៃគ្រាប់បែកចង្កោម បង្កឱ្យមានគ្រោះថ្នាក់រយៈពេលវែង។
