កម្ពុជាគឺជាប្រទេសដែលស្រលាញ់សន្តិភាព។ ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាគោរពដឹងគុណចំពោះកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់សហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ ជាពិសេស ឯកឧត្តម Anwar Ibrahim នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីម៉ាឡេស៊ី និងជាប្រធានអាស៊ានបច្ចុប្បន្ន ឯកឧត្តម Donald J. Trump ប្រធានាធិបតីសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលសាធារណៈរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន ចំពោះតួនាទីស្ថាបនាក្នុងការសម្របសម្រួល និងត្រួតពិនិត្យតាមដានកិច្ចចរចាសន្តិភាព។ ដូច្នេះ កម្ពុជាប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងពេញទំហឹងចំពោះកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងឈប់បាញ់ ដែលបានព្រមព្រៀងគ្នានៅទីក្រុង Putrajaya ប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី។ កម្ពុជាជឿជាក់ថាសន្តិភាពប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាពមិនមែនគ្រាន់តែរក្សាបានតាមរយៈកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងជាលាយលក្ខណ៍អក្សរប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែតាមរយៈភាពស្មោះត្រង់ពិតប្រាកដ សកម្មភាពប្រកបដោយវិន័យ និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវដ៏ខ្ជាប់ខ្ជួន។
Cambodia is a peace-loving nation. We, the Cambodian people, highly value the efforts of the international community, particularly His Excellency Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia and the current ASEAN Chair, His Excellency President Donald J. Trump, United States and the People’s Republic of China, for their constructive roles in facilitating and monitoring the peace negotiations. Therefore, Cambodia remains fully committed to the ceasefire agreement that mutually agreed in Putrajaya, Malaysia, believing that sustainable peace is not merely preserved through written accords, but through genuine sincerity, disciplined action, and a steadfast sense of accountability.
