แถลงการณ์ บริษัท โปรดักชั่น เซอร์วิส เอเชีย จำกัด
เรื่อง ชี้แจงกรณีการเผยแพร่ข้อความและภาพอันเป็นเท็จเกี่ยวกับ บริษัท ดีโอพี เฮ้าส์ จำกัด ผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์
บริษัท โปรดักชั่น เซอร์วิส เอเชีย จำกัด (“บริษัทฯ”) ขอเรียนชี้แจงว่า สืบเนื่องจากกรณีที่มีผู้ไม่ประสงค์ดี เผยแพร่ข้อความและภาพผ่านเพจเฟซบุ๊กชื่อ “Production Services Asia SCAM”, “Manik Sethisuwan SCAM” และ “John Lovejoy SCAM” โดยมีเนื้อหาในลักษณะกล่าวหาบริษัทฯ รวมทั้งมีการพาดพิงถึง บริษัท ดีโอพี เฮ้าส์ จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นผู้ให้บริการเช่าอุปกรณ์และบุคลากรทางเทคนิคแก่บริษัทฯ ในลักษณะที่อาจก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจว่ามีพฤติการณ์ในการดำเนินธุรกิจที่ไม่เหมาะสมนั้น
บริษัทฯ ขอเรียนยืนยันโดยชัดแจ้งว่า ข้อความและภาพดังกล่าวเป็นข้อมูลอันเป็นเท็จ บิดเบือนข้อเท็จจริง และไม่เป็นความจริงแต่อย่างใด และได้ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อชื่อเสียง ความน่าเชื่อถือ และการประกอบธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ และ บริษัท ดีโอพี เฮ้าส์ จำกัด
จากการทำงานร่วมกันตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผ่านมา บริษัท ดีโอพี เฮ้าส์ จำกัด ได้เป็นพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจที่ดีกับบริษัทฯ และได้ให้บริการแก่บริษัทฯ และลูกค้าของบริษัทฯ ทุกรายอย่างมืออาชีพ โดยได้ดำเนินงานด้วยความโปร่งใส และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพในตลอดการทำงานร่วมกันที่ผ่านมา ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ ขอเรียนยืนยันว่า บริษัท ดีโอพี เฮ้าส์ จำกัด มิได้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการกระทำอันไม่เหมาะสมตามที่มีการกล่าวหาหรือพาดพิงแต่อย่างใด
ในการนี้ บริษัทฯ ได้ดำเนินการ รวบรวมพยานหลักฐาน และได้แจ้งความร้องทุกข์ต่อพนักงานสอบสวนไว้แล้ว เพื่อให้มีการสืบสวนสอบสวน ติดตามตัวผู้กระทำ ผู้ใช้บัญชี ผู้ดูแลเพจ ตลอดจนผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดทำ เผยแพร่ หรือสนับสนุนการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลดังกล่าว เพื่อดำเนินการตามกฎหมายจนถึงที่สุด ทั้งทางอาญา ทางแพ่ง และกฎหมายอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
บริษัทฯ ใคร่ขอความร่วมมือจากลูกค้า คู่ค้า พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ และสาธารณชน โปรดอย่าหลงเชื่อ งดส่งต่อ และงดเผยแพร่ซ้ำ ซึ่งข้อความ ภาพ หรือข้อมูลจากแหล่งดังกล่าว เนื่องจากการกระทำดังกล่าวอาจเข้าข่ายเป็นความผิดตาม พระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ พ.ศ. 2550 และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งนี้ หากท่านประสงค์จะตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริง กรุณาติดต่อบริษัทฯ ผ่านช่องทางทางการของบริษัทฯ โดยตรง

Statement by Production Services Asia Co., Ltd.
Subject: Clarification Regarding the Dissemination of False Statements and Images concerning
DOP House Co., Ltd. via social media
Production Services Asia Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) hereby wishes to clarify that, following the incident in which ill-intentioned persons have disseminated messages and images through pages named “Production Services Asia SCAM”, “Manik Sethisuwan SCAM”, and “John Lovejoy SCAM”, containing allegations against the Company and also referring to DOP House Co., Ltd., which is a provider of equipment rental and technical crew services to the Company, in a manner that may give rise to the understanding that it has engaged in improper business conduct.
The Company hereby unequivocally affirms that such messages and images constitute false information, distort the facts, and are entirely untrue, and have caused damage to the reputation, credibility, and business operations of both the Company and DOP House Co., Ltd.
From the course of working together over the past period, DOP House Co., Ltd. has been a good business partner of the Company and has provided services to the Company and all of the Company’s clients in a professional manner, operating with transparency and in accordance with standards and professional ethics throughout the period of cooperation. In this regard, the Company hereby affirms that DOP House Co., Ltd. has in no way been involved in any improper conduct as alleged or referred to.
In this regard, the Company has proceeded to collect evidence and has already filed a complaint with the investigating officer in order to initiate an investigation, to trace and identify the perpetrators, account users, page administrators, as well as those involved in the creation, dissemination, or support of the dissemination of such information, for the purpose of taking legal action to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal, civil, and other applicable legal proceedings.
The Company kindly requests the cooperation of customers, business partners, and the public to refrain from believing, sharing, or further disseminating such statements, images, or information from the aforementioned source, as such actions may constitute an offence under the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007) and other applicable laws.
