To the Great Powers of the World, ទៅមហាអំណាចនៃពិភពលោក,យើងសូមអំពាវនាវដោយក្តីគោរពចំពោះការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងជំនួយជាបន្ទាន់របស់អ្នកសម្រាប់ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងប្រជាជនរបស់ខ្លួន។ បន្ទាប់ពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងឈប់បាញ់គ្នារវាងកម្ពុជា និងថៃកាលពីពេលថ្មីៗនេះ ប្រទេសទាំងពីរបានប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តដើម្បីសន្តិភាពតាមរយៈការសន្ទនាគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការយោធា។ទោះជាយ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ ភ្លាមៗបន្ទាប់ពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនេះ ខណៈពេលដែលកងកម្លាំងកម្ពុជា និងថៃកំពុងពិភាក្សា និងចាប់ដៃគ្នាដោយសណ្តានចិត្ត ទាហានថៃបានកេងប្រវ័ញ្ចលើស្ថានភាពដោយឡោមព័ទ្ធ និងចាប់ទាហានកម្ពុជាចំនួន ២០ នាក់ ។ ទាហានទាំងនេះត្រូវបានគេចាត់ទុកថាជាអ្នកទោសសង្គ្រាម ហើយរហូតមកដល់សព្វថ្ងៃនេះមិនត្រូវបានគេដោះលែងទេ។សកម្មភាពនេះគឺជាការបំពានយ៉ាងច្បាស់លើលក្ខខណ្ឌបទឈប់បាញ់ និងបង្ហាញពីការខ្វះការគោរពចំពោះកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងដែលបានឈានដល់ក្រោមការសម្របសម្រួលរបស់ប្រធានាធិបតី Donald Trump ។ ទង្វើបែបនេះធ្វើឱ្យខូចដល់ការទូតអន្តរជាតិ និងគំរាមកំហែងដល់សន្តិភាព និងស្ថិរភាពក្នុងតំបន់។ដូច្នេះហើយ យើងសូមអំពាវនាវយ៉ាងទទូចទៅកាន់ប្រទេសមហាអំណាចធំៗក្នុងពិភពលោក ឱ្យជួយអន្តរាគមន៍ និងគាំទ្រដល់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា កងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋស្លូតត្រង់ដែលចង់បានតែសន្តិភាព និងយុត្តិធម៌។ កម្ពុជាមិនស្វែងរកជម្លោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែយុត្តិធម៌ និងការការពារអធិបតេយ្យភាពរបស់ខ្លួន។សូមអរគុណចំពោះការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងការគាំទ្ររបស់អ្នក។ To the Great Powers of the World,We respectfully appeal for your urgent attention and assistance for the Kingdom of Cambodia and its people. Following the recent ceasefire agreement between Cambodia and Thailand, both nations committed to peace through mutual dialogue and military cooperation.However, shortly after the agreement, while the Cambodian and Thai forces were engaging in discussions and shaking hands in good faith, Thai soldiers exploited the situation by surrounding and capturing 20 Cambodian soldiers. These soldiers have since been treated as prisoners of war and, to this day, have not been released.This action is a clear violation of the ceasefire terms and demonstrates a lack of respect for the agreement that was reached under the mediation of President Donald Trump. Such conduct undermines international diplomacy and threatens regional peace and stability.We therefore earnestly appeal to the world’s major powers to intervene and support Cambodia, its armed forces, and its innocent citizens who desire only peace and justice.
