“As a matter of fact...”

In the era of pervasive digital interactions, designers face the crucial task of prioritizing tangible connections to ensure a sustainable future. This imperative, reflected in the theme "A Path to a Sustainable Future of Living" underscores the importance of materiality and creativity, countering the current digital-centric focus.

The objective goes beyond material understanding, seeking to ignite inventive material amalgamation. Rooted in art and design inspiration, the projects envisage a future where materials play a central role in fostering sustainable and meaningful lifestyles.

This vision aligns with the conscientious pursuit of balance between technological progress and environmental responsibility. "As a matter of fact..." signifies a collection of investigative projects by Product Design (BA Hons) students from LASALLE College of the Arts, University of the Arts Singapore. ในยุคดิจิทัลนี้ นักออกแบบได้เผชิญกับความท้าทายในการกำหนดแลำละสร้งสรรค์ที่เพื่ออนาคตที่ยั่งยืน ด้วยโจทย์นี้ได้ถูกจัดแสดงออกมาภายใต้หัวข้อ "A Path to a Sustainable Future of Living" ย้ำถึงความสำคัญของความใส่ใจและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ที่สวนทางกับความฉาบฉวยในปัจจุบัน

ซึ่งความตั้งใจนี้ไม่ได้จำกัดเพียงการเข้าใจวัสดุเท่านั้น แต่มุ่งหวังที่จะกระตุ้นการผสมผสานวัสดุอย่างสร้างสรรค์ ซึ่งมีรากฐานในศิลปะและการออกแบบ นิทรรศการได้มุ่งเน้นไปสู่อนาคตที่วัสดุมีบทบาทสำคัญในการส่งเสริมที่อยู่อาศัยอย่างยั่งยืนและมีคุณค่าต่อทั้งมนุษย์ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อม

นิทรรศการจัดโดยนักศึกษาปริญญาตรีด้านการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ จากมหาวิทยาลัย LASALLE College of the Arts, University of the Arts Singapore ซึ่งได้รับการคัดเลือกโดย Nathan Yong, Ivan Ho, และ Anon Pairot ที่ RENO Hotel Bangkok. 27 มกราคม – 4 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567
