Miss Grand International (Nawat) Imagine twisting the word and moment and just throw shades to Cambodia when we actually prepare everything to be perfect but he chose other boat and complain about it through Instagram? Let me get this straight! ✍🏼☕️Respect and Honesty are such important things to do in life. Your Boss totally know what he’s doing and stop spreading false news about the reason below. If you want a standard it is actually to be more respectful to one another and not showing your true color and try to shame our country internationally intentionally. You totally know clearly how you treat us Cambodian while in the process of working and intentionally you totally never want us to shine or even better in any industry. Clearly the conflicts in the past still remain in your thoughts and it led to where it is now. Spread more LOVE not HATE or SHADES
We have so much support, love and appreciation from others country for us to host but clearly not from you since this is what you’re intentionally want to embarrass, not wanting us to actually prmotoe more wisely about out country to the international and pull up this kind strings out just to get us out of the way.

One last question! Does event or any competition always need perfection to host the competition or is it just a personal issue? When it comes to standard Cambodian host lots of events or even Olympics or others event and competitions smoothly and successfully and never have any issues but clearly it is the issue for you from the country (TL) as a boos of the competition that used to have the past comflicts with us with the culture and land. Even on the process here in Cambodia you show how ungrateful you are here in your action and complaining about something that is not even a problems and try to make a bigger deal of it. Even with the boat part of the safety even if we concern about it but still want the boat in the rainy season! Also trying manipulate things all around. This basically show how hateful and descrimination and judgmental to us as the host. Wonders how this happen! But anyways now we know!

And before making any judgments about Cambodia's inability to host Miss Grand International (MGI), it's important to understand the full story and the behavior exhibited by Nawat and the MGI team toward the Miss Grand Cambodia (MGC) team. Here are some key points:

1. Rudeness, including physically pulling employees and pushing them down.
2. Disrespecting scheduled conversations and meetings.
3. Unilaterally changing activities without prior discussions.
4. Using inappropriate language in group settings.
5. Expelling the Khmer team from meals, denying them food.
6. Demanding immediate corrections and changes to tasks without notice.
7. The Thai team followed the leader's instructions but failed to stick to the agreed plan.
8. A lack of tolerance for minor mistakes, showing impatience.
9. Canceling certain tasks, even when Cambodia was fully prepared for them.
10. The Thai team did not fully collaborate with the Cambodian team in their work.
11. Displaying disdain, the Thai team looked down on the Khmer team.
These actions reflect a pattern of disrespect and poor coordination that may have contributed to the difficulties in hosting the event in Cambodia.

This is all clearly a set up just to makeup Cambodia look bad. Congratulations to ณวัฒน์ อิสรไกรศีล - Mr.Nawat Itsaragrisil 👏 you did it
