Spent the last two weeks kicking back in Northeast India. Met a couple of folk who’ve never seen a white person in their life. Spent three days fishing on a river that ran from China and drank whiskey on the Burmese border. What a buzz. Free Arunachal and save the Golden Masheer ! 🇮🇳

Here’s a picture of me sat patiently at the side of the Mumbai Express Highway hoping a sleeper bus is going to pick me up and take me to a random city in Central India.

Met a couple of lovely chaps who assured me I’m at the right stop.

Besides that, I spent most of today ripping the Indians to shreds at a local Quad Bike track so feeling pleasantly smug, another solo side quest completed.

Anyway, should potentially have a new video out this Sunday. Probably around 8pm GMT which means a 1:30am alarm for me. The things you do tryna chase the dream.

Hopefully leaving Guinea behind tomorrow morning and heading for the beaches of Côte D’Ivoire.

As a whole some of the worst drivers I’ve ever seen, incredibly challenging roads and pretty unstable politics given that the ex-president escaped from prison whilst we were in the capital.

However, as always the people were quality and helped us out of some dicey situations including a big old breakdown in the most rural of countrysides.

These roadside mechanics over the course of three days put my untrusty steed back together which would have been a complete write off back in the UK

Onwards and upwards as we search for Drogba in his hometown.

Finally feels like we’re making some progress on the journey through Guinea-Bissau & Guinea Conakry. Nailed about 500km on some naughty roads and only put a few dints in the van. Currently in a little town called Labé where Jacks enrolled himself in a school.

Finally made it to the capital of Guinea-Bissau. Decent country on the whole with plenty of nice folk and some decent potholes. Language is a tricky one with the old Portuguese but we’re getting by. Jack also chuffed he found some Heinz beans. Obrigado.
