จากข้อมูลที่เผยแพร่เกี่ยวกับ Miss Pre Teen Junior Idol World 2024 , Choury Laorhours และมีการตีความว่าเป็นการ “สละตำแหน่ง” ทางกองประกวดขอเรียนว่า ข้อมูลดังกล่าวไม่เป็นความจริง Laorhours ไม่ได้มีเจตนาจะสละตำแหน่ง เนื่องจากได้หมดวาระไปแล้วตั้งแต่เดือนมิถุนายน 2025 และได้ส่งคลิปอำลาตำแหน่งให้กับทางกองประกวดเรียบร้อย เพียงแต่ปีนี้ Laorhours ไม่ได้เข้าร่วมงาน เนื่องจากสถานการณ์ความขัดแย้งระหว่างประเทศ โดยปัจจุบันเราได้ผู้ชนะประจำปี 2025 แล้ว ซึ่งในปีล่าสุดไม่มีผู้เข้าประกวดจากประเทศกัมพูชา ซึ่งเราเข้าใจดี ว่าทุกคนต่างยึดมั่นในเกียรติและศักดิ์ศรีของประเทศตน
เราขอขอบคุณทุกสื่อและทุกท่านที่สอบถามและแสดงความห่วงใย และขออภัยหากเหตุการณ์นี้ทำให้ใครรู้สึกไม่สบายใจ ในฐานะทั้งคนไทยและ Global Citizen เรารู้สึกเสียใจกับความสูญเสียที่เกิดขึ้น และเชื่อว่า ความรุนแรงไม่ควรเกิดขึ้นในทุกกรณี
Junior Idol World เป็นเวทีระดับนานาชาติที่มุ่งส่งเสริมให้เยาวชนกล้าแสดงออก มีความมั่นใจ ภูมิใจในวัฒนธรรมของตน และแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ซึ่งกันและกัน โดยไม่มีเจตนาสนับสนุนความขัดแย้งหรือความเกลียดชังใด ๆ
Regarding recent information shared about Miss Pre Teen Junior Idol World 2024, Choury Laorhours and interpretations suggesting she had “relinquished her title,” we would like to clarify that this is not true. She did not intend to give up her title, her reign had already concluded in June 2025, and she had sent her farewell video to the organization. She did not participate in this year’s edition due to the current conflict between the two countries. The 2025 winner has since been crowned.
In the most recent edition, there were no contestants from Cambodia. We fully understand that everyone stands for the honor and dignity of their own nation.
We sincerely thank all media and individuals who have shown concern and reached out to us. We apologize if this matter has caused any discomfort. As both Thai citizens and global citizens, we are saddened by the losses that have occurred and believe that violence should never happen in any form.
Junior Idol World is an international platform that encourages young people to express themselves with confidence, take pride in their culture, and exchange knowledge and experiences with others. We have no intention to promote conflict or hatred of any kind.
