✨ What I Eat in a Day | Day 15 ✨
Started the morning slow with Taro bread and a cup of coffee, about 350 kcal of pure comfort. ☕💜
Lunch was my little McDonald’s moment, a pork samurai burger with a hot latte, roughly 600 kcal, just what I needed while watching the Bangkok traffic roll by. 🍔☕
Dinner was a stir-fried cauliflower dish with egg, approximately 450 kcal, warm and light yet still satisfying. 🍳🥦Wrapped up the night editing videos and watching K-drama while snacking on apples and a handful of potato sticks, around 250 kcal.🍎🥔✨
Total ≈ 1,650 kcal balanced, cosy, and guilt-free. Eating what I want, staying happy, and loving the little things 💖 🌸
