I still remember the very first day I told Ms. Kathleen that, if possible, I would do my best to help make this book truly special — by seeking royal permission to include Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn’s Royal recipes. That moment became the starting point of a journey I fully dedicated myself to, which led to an unforgettable honour: Her Royal Highness graciously granted two royal recipes, which were then recreated for ambassadors and distinguished guests to experience and admire.
These precious recipes have been published in Global Culinary Stories, alongside 80 unique dishes contributed by ambassadors, diplomatic spouses, and representatives from 48 embassies. After nearly three years of dedication by Ms. Kathleen, the book was published and became a best-seller at Asia Books. Today, as I have the rare privilege of being granted a royal audience, I feel deeply humbled and profoundly grateful to be part of this endeavour — helping share Her Royal Highness’s culinary brilliance with the world.
