ជាលទ្ធផលដ៏ត្រចះត្រចង់ពីចំនួបរវាងខ្ញុំ និងឯកឧត្ដម Phumtham Wechayachai នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីស្តីទីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រថៃ ដោយភាគីទាំងពីរកម្ពុជា-ថៃបានឯកភាពគ្នាដូចខាងក្រោម៖

1. បទឈប់បាញ់បន្ទាន់ ឥតលក្ខខណ្ឌ ដែលនឹងចូលជាធរមាននៅវេលាម៉ោង2400 ថ្ងៃទី28 ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ2025។ នេះជាជំហានដ៏សំខាន់ ឆ្ពោះទៅការបន្ថយការតានតឹង នឹងការស្តារឡេីងវិញនៅសន្តិភាព និងសន្តិសុខ។

2. រៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រៅផ្លូវការថ្នាក់មេបញ្ជាការយោធភូមិភាគ (ភាគីថៃ យោធភូមិភាគទី1 និងទី2 និងភាគីកម្ពុជាយោធភូមិភាគទី4 និងទី5) នៅវេលាម៉ោង0700 ថ្ងៃទី29 ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ2025 និងបន្តរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំជាមួយបណ្តាសេនានុព័ន្ធ និងអនុព័ន្ធយោធា ដឹកនាំដោយប្រធានអាស៊ាន បេីមានការឯកភាពពីភាគីទាំងពីរ និង

3. រៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ (GBC) កម្ពុជា-ថៃ នៅថ្ងៃទី4 ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ2025 ដែលកម្ពុជានឹងធ្វើជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះ។

ខ្ញុំសូមអរគុណឯកឧត្តមនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី Anwar Ibrahim ដែលបានផ្តួចផ្តើមគំនិតសម្របសម្រួលអោយមានកិច្ចប្រជុំ និងធ្វើជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះ។ ខ្ញុំក៏សូមអរគុណឯកឧត្តមប្រធានាធិបតី Donald Trump ដែលបានផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រដល់ដំណើរការចរចាររកការឈប់បាញ់ភ្លាមដើម្បីកសាងសន្តិភាព តាមរយៈសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកធ្វើជាសហអ្នករៀបចំនៃជំនួបថ្ងៃនេះ។ ខ្ញុំក៏សូមអរគុណដល់រដ្ឋាភិបាលចិនដែលតែងតែគាំទ្រលើកទឹកចិត្តអោយភាគីទាំងពីរស្វែងរកការឈប់បាញ់និងចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មគាំទ្រដល់ជំនួបពិសេសនេះផងដែរ។

ខ្ញុំជឿជាក់ថា កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងឈប់បាញ់គ្នា រវាងកងទ័ពកម្ពុជានិងកងទ័ពថៃនេះ គឺជាមូលដ្ឋានសំខាន់សម្រាប់ការកសាងទំនុកចិត្តរវាងគ្នា និងការកែលំអរស្ថានការអោយប្រសើរឡើង ឈានទៅរកប្រក្រតីភាពនៅពេលអនាគត។

A fruitful outcome from the meeting between myself and H.E. Phumtham Wechayachai, Acting Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, both the Cambodia and Thai sides have reached the following agreements:

1. An immediate and unconditional ceasefire, with effect from 24:00 hours (local time) on 28 July 2025. This is a vital first step towards de-escalation and the restoration of peace and security.
2. To convene informal meeting of regional commanders (Regional Military 1 and 2 on the Thai side and Regional Military 4 and 5!of the Cambodian side) at 07:00 hours on 29 July 2025, and followed by meeting with the Defense Attaches led by the Chair of ASEAN, if both sides agreed; and
3. To convene a meeting of the General Border Committee (GBC) on 4 August 2025, to be hosted by Cambodia

I would like to thank H.E. Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim for initiating and facilitating this meeting and serving as host. I would also like to extend my thanks to H.E. President Donald Trump for his support for the immediate ceasefire negotiation process in order to build peace through the United States’ co-organizing of today’s meeting. I also thank the Government of China, which has consistently encouraged both sides to seek a ceasefire and actively supported this special meeting.

I firmly believe that this ceasefire agreement between the Cambodian and Thai armed forces is a crucial foundation for building mutual trust, improving the situation, and paving the way for returning to normalcy in the future.
