อุ่นครีมหนักจนกระทั่งเคี่ยว จากนั้นเทช็อกโกแลตชิปลงในชาม นั่งสัก 2 นาที แล้วตีจนเนียน

เทกานาชลงบนเค้กโรล กระจายอย่างสม่ําเสมอ
