I found my new favourite Thai food:
(besides Pla Tuu 🐟 ofc)
Actually it’s Thai-Vietnamese (which I didn’t even know was a thing).
It’s called ‘Kanom Tuay Na Moo’, which is minced pork with ‘flossy fish’. And it’s an adaptation of a Vietnamese crep.
AND I had the pleasure of eating it at (some cute little Michelin star restraunt in Ubon Ratchathani) during the Candle Festival.
Note to self:
* Get out the city more.
* Experience Thailand more.
* Eat Thai food more.
* Eat Quail more.
