"I went to check out the twin house project by AP Thailand at Grande Pleno Chaengwattana–Ratchapruek, and honestly… I was super impressed!"
The whole project feels warm and welcoming. The houses are beautifully designed, very functional, and the construction quality is excellent—everything looks well-built and neatly done. No surprise, since AP is one of the top names in twin houses.
What surprised me was how many people are already interested! A lot of units are booked, which shows the project is getting great feedback.

The show house I visited was the SHANE F type. I really liked the ground floor layout. The kitchen is connected to the entrance near the parking area, so it's easy to bring groceries inside and store them right away. The living area is a good size for a family of 3–4. Great for couples with one or two kids. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms—perfect for a small family, with enough room for everyone.
There’s also space on the side of the house where you can plant a garden or create a small activity area for the family.
What’s nice is they also have a saltwater swimming pool, with a separate kids' pool, and a 24-hour fitness room. So even if you come home late, you can still work out. There’s also a big playground and lots of trees and greenery, making it a relaxing and fun place for kids to run around and play.
When I was there, I saw lots of people coming to visit—it’s a very popular project! If you’re interested, you can visit the show houses and feel the atmosphere for yourself.

我参观的是 SHANE F 样板房，非常喜欢它一楼的功能布局。厨房与车库入口相连，买完东西回来后直接从侧门进厨房，把食材放进冰箱非常方便。客厅空间适合 3–4 人的小家庭生活，感觉非常舒适。二楼设有 3 个房间，如果有两个孩子也可以合理分配空间。整体来看，房屋空间宽敞，还有侧院可以种花草、打造家庭活动空间。
而且，这里配备了盐水游泳池，儿童池单独分区，还有24 小时开放的健身房，加班晚了回家也能锻炼！社区绿化很好，树木繁茂，还有一个大型儿童游乐场，非常适合孩子们放松玩耍。整体环境真的很适合休闲散步！
