Zero Accident

*Promoting a Zero Accident culture requires continuous safety awareness, employee involvement

1) Conduct daily toolbox meetings before work starts.( Make TBM every morning to confirm installation task , risk point , example accident case and preventive to all worker and ensure zero accident )
2) Share safety reminders and recent incidents.
3) Display safety posters and warning signs in work areas.
4) Encourage employees to report unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
5 )Perform routine inspections and risk assessments.
6) Correct hazards immediately before accidents occur.
7) Provide regular safety training for employees and technicians.
10 )Conduct refresher training for high-risk work.
11) Share lessons learned from accidents and near misses.
12 )Ensure employees wear correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
13 )Inspect PPE regularly.
14) Replace damaged PPE immediately.
15) Review safety matter of each installation method and add in installation training material to train staffs
16) Implement safety measures according to company policy.
