คุณสมบัติ :
1. ผู้สมัครจะต้องมีทัศนคติในการทำงานดังนี้ *สามารถทำงานได้ในทุกหน้าที่ **เต็มใจทำงานทุกๆ อย่างตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ***ไม่เลือกงานไม่เรื่องมาก คุณสมบัติในข้อ1 นี้สำคัญมาก ก่อนส่ง resume กรุณาตรวจเช็คคุณสมบัติข้อนี้ของตนเองก่อนนะคะ ถ้าตรงตามนี้ค่อยส่ง resume นะคะ
2. เพศใดก็ได้
3. อายุ 22-32 ปี
4. จบการศึกษาในสาขาภาพยนตร์ หรือนิเทศศาสตร์ หรือคณะอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานหรือไม่มีประสบการณ์ก็ได้ / ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
6. มีความเข้าใจและยอมรับเงื่อนไขการทำงานแบบคนโปรดักชั่นได้, มีความยืดหยุ่นสูงสามารถปรับตัวและปรับไลฟ์สไตล์ให้เข้ากับงานได้ ดังนี้ 1)นอนดึกได้ 2)กลับบ้านดึกได้ 3)ทำงานวันเสาร์อาทิตย์ได้ 5)เลิกงานไม่เป็นเวลาได้ 6)พร้อมทำงานในทุกสถานการณ์
7. มีความเข้าใจในคำว่า Work From Home ตรงกันคือ เมื่ออนุญาตให้ Work From Home หมายถึง ไม่ต้องเข้ามานั่งทำงานที่ออฟฟิศแต่ต้องนั่งทำงานอยู่ที่บ้าน ต้องสแตนบายทำงานและจดจ่อกับการทำงานอยู่หน้าจอคอมพิวเตอร์ คอยรับโทรศัพท์และตอบไลน์งานเสมอ
8. ไม่อนุญาตให้ทำอาชีพเสริมอื่นๆ
9. พร้อมเรียนรู้งาน, ชอบเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ, กล้าแสดงความคิดเห็น, มีความละเอียดในการทำงาน, ชอบและอยากทำงานโปรดักส์ชั่นจริงๆ
10. งานอาจต้องมีการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ หากไม่เก่งภาษาอังกฤษไม่เป็นไร จะมีโปรดิวเซอร์คอยช่วย *ขอแค่ต้องไม่กลัวภาษาอังกฤษ

ความถนัดและทักษะสำคัญที่จะต้องมี :
-ใช้โปรแกรม Photoshop ได้เป็นอย่างดี *สำคัญ
-ใช้โปรแกรม Premiere Pro และโปรแกรมอื่นๆ ที่ใช้ในการตัดต่อคลิปได้เป็นอย่างดี *สำคัญ
-ใช้โปรแกรม Keynote และ PowerPoint ได้เป็นอย่างดี *สำคัญ
-ใช้ MacBook ได้เป็นอย่างดี *สำคัญ
-ชอบดูหนังโฆษณาทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
-ดูคลิปและโหลดคลิปจาก YouTube *สำคัญ
-ใช้โปรแกรม Word และ Exel ได้ *สำคัญ

รายละเอียดงาน :
1. ติดต่อประสานงานกับทีม - โปรดิวเซอร์ ผู้กำกับ และทีมงานตำแหน่งอื่นๆ เช่น จองคิวทีมงาน เช็คค่าตัวทีมงาน นัดวันเวลาเมื่อมีประชุมหรือออกกอง แชร์ลิ้งค์ประชุม แจ้งรายละเอียดงานให้ทีมทุกคนรับทราบ ติดต่อโลเคชั่น ดูแลทีมงานเป็นต้น
2. ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า เช่น แชร์ลิ้งค์ประชุม รับ-ส่งไฟล์งานกับลูกค้า นัดหมายงานกับลูกค้า เป็นต้น
3. ทำเอกสารเบิกเงินออกกอง และทำเอกสารจ่ายเงินทีม รวบรวมเอกสารเกี่ยวกับเงินส่งให้โปรดิวเซอร์
4. มีหน้าที่ช่วยงานโปรดิวเซอร์ทุกอย่างตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
5. ช่วยงานผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับ ดังนี้ 1) ดูYouTube เพื่อหาคลิปเรฟเฟอร์เร้นซ์ตามบรีฟผู้กำกับ 2)ตัดต่อคลิปเรฟเฟอเรนซ์ตามบรีฟ เป็นต้น
6. เต็มใจช่วยเหลืองาน และอำนวยความสะดวกโปรดิวเซอร์และผู้กำกับอยู่เสมอ

เงินเดือน :
- กรณีไม่มีประสบการณ์ 20,000 บาท/เดือนพิจารณาตามความสามารถและความพร้อมที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการทำงาน
- กรณีมีประสบการณ์ 25,000-30,000บาท++/เดือน พิจารณาตามลักษณะประสบการณ์งานที่เคยทำมา ความสามารถและความพร้อมที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการทำงาน
- มีค่า Job 1,500-2,500 ต่อ 1 โปรเจค พิจารณาตามความสามารถและความพร้อมที่เอื้อต่อการทำงาน
