บริษัท แอลทีเอ็มเอช จำกัด (มหาชน) (“บริษัทฯ”) ขอเรียนแจ้งให้ทราบว่า บริษัท หลักทรัพย์เวลท์เอกซ์จำกัด (“WS”) ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทย่อยของบริษัทฯ ได้ยื่นขอใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์เพื่อประกอบธุรกิจเป็นนายหน้าซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ที่เป็นหน่วยลงทุน และตราสารแห่งหนี้ (แบบ ง และแบบ ข ตามลำดับ) และใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจสัญญาซื้อขายล่วงหน้า (แบบ ส-2) เมื่อวันที่ 6 มกราคม 2568 ซึ่งต้องผ่านการพิจารณาของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (“สำนักงาน ก.ล.ต.”) และกระทรวงการคลัง ตามลำดับ
บัดนี้ WS ได้รับใบอนุญาตในการประกอบธุรกิจแบบ ข แบบ ง และ แบบ ส-2 จาก สำนักงาน ก.ล.ต. และกระทรวงการคลัง เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว ในขั้นตอนต่อไป WS จะเตรียมพร้อมในการเริ่มประกอบธุรกิจ และคาดว่าจะสามารถเริ่ม
ประกอบธุรกิจได้ภายในไตรมาส 3 ปี 2568
LTMH Public Company Limited (“the Company”), would like to inform that WealthX Securities Company Limited (“WS”), a subsidiary of the Company, had submitted applications for securities business licenses to operate as a securities brokerage for investment units and debt instruments (Type Ngor and Type
Khor licenses, respectively) and a derivatives business license (Type Sor-2) on January 6, 2025, which required approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (“the SEC”) and the Ministry of Finance, respectively.
WS has now successfully obtained the Type Khor, Type Ngor, and Type Sor-2 licenses from the SEC and the Ministry of Finance. For the next steps, WS shall proceed with preparations to commence business operations and anticipates that it will be able to begin such operations within the third quarter of 2025.
