Hear & Found is a creative social enterprise based in Thailand. We provide access to distinctive local music and sound around Thailand.
To expose these cultural treasures for media creators and adventurous listeners. We focus on increase public’s acceptance of the culturally diverse groups, particularly indigenous people. By building public awareness and creating more jobs opportunities in creative fields through showcasing their music and cultures as a medium of communication.
Last month, Hear & Found showcased the sounds and images of Thai ethnic groups from Ban Pa Pae, Ban Mae Po Kee, Ban Nong Tao, and Ban Saneh Phrong at our first international exhibition: the Listening Biennial at the Singapore Night Festival!
Our mission was to highlight Thailand's diversity and share the unique perspective of those who live closely with the forest. This was a significant step in allowing the voices of our communities and the sounds of nature to be heard globally.
Seeing visitors deeply engage—reading, listening, and appreciating the visuals—reaffirmed our dedication to helping these important stories and voices travel farther.
A big thank you to Alecianeo and the The Listening Biennial - Singapore team for their belief in us and indigenous people. Looking forward to see all of you again 🫶🏼
