At film fixers Thailand, we love it when an ambitious and unprecedented plan comes together!

When the 'BBC Asia' team contacted our team for a list of 'Never Filmed Before' wildlife behaviours in our region, we submitted the concept of this sequence among others, a predation behaviour that our team had witnessed on numerous occasions in the wild, but no one had ever tried to professionally capture it on camera before. There were more than a few who said it couldn't be achieved within the budgetary confines of wildlife film making. In the end, we pulled it off, on time and on budget.

To see this sequence, which was initially birthed in our imaginations released online for millions to see as part of a BBC blue chip series presented by the legendary Sir David Attenborough is just wonderful.

Our Crew at Film Fixers Southeast Asia and I are very proud to have collaborated on the recently released Netflix Series 'The Secret World of Sound' Presented by none other than the living legend himself, Sir David Attenborough, which went to air in August.

This is the 8th series that we have worked on presented by Sir David and we feel honoured and priveledged to be able to contribute to the incredible body of work he has accumulated over the years .

Sir David was one of the key people who inspired Mick O'Shea, CEO and founder of Film Fixers Thailand and Film Fixers Southeast Asia to get involved with natural history film making. Sir Davids impact, when it comes to imparting knowledge, awareness and concern for the natural world, can't be overstated.
