How the Peer Review Process Works:
1. Pre-Check: After submission, the editor-in-chief reviews the manuscript against basic criteria.
2. Peer Review: Manuscripts undergo triple-blind peer review by independent experts. Decisions may be accept, minor/major revision, or reject. Revisions are re-reviewed if necessary. Feedback is usually provided within 4 weeks.
3. Final Submission: After acceptance, authors submit the final version (Word for text, Excel for tables). The editor-in-chief proofs and approves the manuscript, after which it is scheduled for publication and an acceptance letter is issued.
