AMATA Corporation, a leader in industrial estate development, has more than 1,000 factories situated in key locations throughout Thailand. This year marks two significant celebrations: AMATA’s 50th anniversary and the 72nd birthday of its founder, Khun Vikrom Kromadit. Greenlight Films produced a commemorative video that was screened during their grand celebration.

Thailand offers an additional 5% incentive for foreign film productions that hire Thai crew members for 23 key positions on set.

23 ตำแหน่งงานชาวไทยในกองถ่ายต่างประเทศที่ทำให้ได้รับ Incentive เพิ่มเติมอีก 5%

มาตรการส่งเสริมการถ่ายทำภาพยนตร์ต่างประเทศในประเทศไทย (Incentive Measures) เป็นหนึ่งในปัจจัยสำคัญให้คณะถ่ายทำภาพยนตร์ต่างประเทศตัดสินใจเข้ามาลงทุนในประเทศไทย เกิดการสร้างรายได้ให้กับประเทศ สร้างงานให้กับบุคลากรในอุตสาหกรรมภาพยนตร์ไทย และสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีของประเทศในฐานะสถานที่ถ่ายทำภาพยนตร์ระดับโลก
ประเทศไทยให้ Incentive ในรูปแบบ Cash Rebate หรือการคืนเงิน จำนวนร้อยละ 15 - 30 จากเงินลงทุนที่เข้าเงื่อนไขในประเทศไทย โดยมาตรการหลัก จำนวนร้อยละ 15 หากมีค่าใช้จ่ายในประเทศไทยมากกว่า 50 ล้านบาทขึ้นไป

TFO จึงขอแนะนำ 1 ในมาตรการเพิ่มเติม ในกรณีคณะถ่ายทำต่างประเทศได้ว่าจ้างทีมงานหลักชาวไทยในกองถ่ายทำภาพยนตร์ จำนวน 23 ตำแหน่งงาน ที่ทำให้ได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์เพิ่มร้อยละ 5 ซึ่งเป็นมาตรการเสริมสนับสนุนบุคลากร ทีมงานชาวไทยให้มีศักยภาพ และได้รับประสบการณ์การทำงานกับกองถ่ายทำภาพยนตร์ต่างประเทศ ตาม Application Form ICM 1 (https://tfo.dot.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/ICM1-2025-Edit.pdf) หน้าที่ 6 ได้กำหนดการให้คะแนนของตำแหน่งงานหลักชาวไทยในกองถ่ายต่างประเทศ โดยคณะถ่ายทำต้องว่าจ้างทีมงานหลักชาวไทย โดยรวมคะแนนให้ได้มากกว่า 30 คะแนนขึ้นไป จึงสามารถได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์เพิ่มเติมร้อยละ 5
