AI จะมาแทนเราจริงหรือ?” | บทเรียนเรื่อง “ขอบเขต” จากเทคโนโลยีที่ฉลาดกว่ามนุษย์

เราเพิ่งได้อ่านบทความหนึ่งเกี่ยวกับ AI Governance & Compliance แล้วรู้สึกว่า...นี่แหละ “บทเรียนชีวิต” ที่คนยุคนี้ต้องรู้ 🧠

ทุกวันนี้หลายคนรวมถึงตัวเราเอง เริ่มใช้ AI Agent มาช่วยทำงานหรือจัดการชีวิต เช่น เขียนงาน ตอบอีเมล วางแผน ฯลฯ
มันฉลาดมาก ทำได้หลายอย่างพร้อมกัน (Multitasking) และยังแม่นยำกว่ามนุษย์ในหลายเรื่อง

แต่...
เหรียญทุกเหรียญมีสองด้านเสมอ
ยิ่งเรา “ให้สิทธิ์” หรือ “ให้อำนาจ” กับ AI มากเท่าไหร่
เราก็ยิ่งเสี่ยงที่จะ “สูญเสียการควบคุม” มากเท่านั้น ⚖️

AI ไม่มีความรู้สึก ไม่รู้จักคำว่า “เหมาะสม” หรือ “ไม่ควร”
ดังนั้น เราต้อง ตั้งขอบเขต (Boundary) ให้ชัดเจนว่า
✅ AI ควรทำอะไรได้
❌ และอะไรที่ “มนุษย์เท่านั้น” ต้องเป็นคนตัดสินใจ เช่น เรื่องเงิน การอนุมัติ หรือการตัดสินใจที่เกี่ยวกับคนอื่น

การรู้จัก “จัดขอบเขตให้เทคโนโลยี”
ก็เหมือนกับการรู้จัก “จัดขอบเขตให้ชีวิตตัวเอง”
เพราะสุดท้ายแล้ว... มนุษย์เท่านั้นที่มีหัวใจ มีวิจารณญาณ และมีความรับผิดชอบต่อผลลัพธ์นั้นจริงๆ ❤️

"อย่าลืมว่า AI คือผู้ช่วย ไม่ใช่เจ้านายของเรา"
