I have a customer who bought a TV Box and is struggling to load the app on her phone. I have spent the over two hours trying to help with something that takes most people ten minutes. Her Chinese phone is blocking installation.

Last night I simply said I don't know what to tell you. This morning I woke to three messages telling me to learn customer service. Then she said I was not polite.

We are a one person firm. I try to help, but there are occasions I cannot.

It's not her place to lecture me on customer service when her phone is the issue. She will receive the TV box that she paid for.

We were trying to help a customer today. Spent over an hour. At some point they need to take a break and calm down. The questions were repeatedly answered. Over 50 messages.

My car broke down in Sai Yak. Over 2.5 hour drive from Bangkok. The mechanic called. I had to take care of it.

I explained to the customer I had an emergency and he went off. There is no reason to cuss. He went further by sending messages on Facebook complaining that my service rep had better things to do than spend hours trying to help him.

We are all human. Not realizing this is why so many vendors get out of the business so quickly.

Yesterday evening, a former customer messaged me at 9:45 PM. I explained that it was late and I would answer him in the morning. To which he posted laughing emoji. I asked why it was funny.

He replied with a rant cursing me.

We have a policy against abusive language. It's simply not tolerated.

He was warned and he cursed at us again. So we blocked him.

We don't like blocking people. It's more than unfortunate. But we should not have to endure cursing, threats, and abuse.

So, someone ordered a box COD, then refused to pay for it because he could not test it first. This is a very stupid person. No platform let's you test a COD. It's Cash on Delivery, not cash two weeks later.

He had no clue as to the poor ethics. We spent time and effort on this. More important we will not see the box back for a month, if ever.

Some people are so scared of scams, they turn into scanners themselves.

No one is so stupid to not know what Cash on Delivery means. Try this on Lazada or Shoppee.Cash on delivery, not cash if you just so happen to want to pay for an item you purchased much, much later.

We quite literally had a customer who only bought a one month code for 300 THB. After three weeks, he bought a new TV Box, but could not get the app to load. I offered to load the app for free. He got angry, quit after we provided multiple options, and called us con artists. He did get blocked. There is no excuse for abusive behavior. If you make full use of a product for three weeks, it works. Life is too short. He only lost 75 THB due to his own anger.

Every time this happens, we will post. Please be nice.
