We had someone give the wrong phone number for a Cash on Delivery (COD.) So, the courier can't call them to schedule payment. In Thailand, the courier is so bad, I will never see the box again. So, I have a financial loss for someone else's mistake.

Never fails. They ask to resend COD.

It's ridiculous. I sent one box, so they should trust me. Now, they want me to do it again.

Please double-check that your phone number is correct. COD shipping via KEX Thailand can add 1–2 days and can be less reliable than standard delivery.

The local driver will call you before attempting delivery. Drivers do not speak English and will move on quickly if the call is missed. Please keep your phone turned on and active. Because KEX cannot update numbers in transit like UPS or FedEx, a wrong number or missed call often results in a failed delivery.

Please note that if the delivery fails, the item cannot be resent, as packages are rarely returned to our warehouse.
