การออกแบบ Prototype โบสถ์นี้มุ่งตอบโจทย์การก่อสร้างโบสถ์ขนาดเล็กถึงขนาดกลาง ภายใต้งบประมาณและระยะเวลาที่จำกัด แนวคิดดังกล่าวได้ถูกนำไปใช้จริงแล้วกับ One Love Church พระราม 2 และกำลังอยู่ระหว่างการก่อสร้าง Nexus Church ศาลายา
องค์ประกอบสำคัญของต้นแบบคือผนังโปร่งแสงด้านหลังเวทีซึ่งรับแสงธรรมชาติผ่านผนังด้านนอก และตีความแนวคิด Stained Glass ใหม่ในรูปแบบของ Light Mosaic Installation ที่สร้างอัตลักษณ์เฉพาะให้กับแต่ละคริสตจักร งานติดตั้งนี้เปิดโอกาสให้สมาชิกทุกเพศทุกวัยมีส่วนร่วม ที่สมาชิกทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างคริสตจักรด้วยน้ำมือของตนเอง
อมตะ หลูไพบูลย์ Principal และผู้ร่วมก่อตั้ง Department of ARCHITECTURE Co. การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางความเชื่อสู่ศาสนาคริสต์นำเขาไปสู่การออกแบบโบสถ์ในฐานะสถาปัตยกรรมที่ประกาศ “ข่าวประเสริฐ” ผ่านทั้งสัญลักษณ์และประสบการณ์เชิงพื้นที่

The design of this prototype church aims to address the construction of small- to medium-sized churches within limited budgets and timelines. Over the past year, this concept has been realized in One Love Church Rama II and is currently under construction for Nexus Church Salaya.
A key element of the prototype is the translucent wall behind the stage, which receives natural light through the outer wall and reinterprets the concept of stained glass as a light mosaic installation that gives each church its own identity. This installation allows members of all ages to participate, contributing to build their church with their own hands.
Amata Luphaiboon is the Principal and Co-founder of the Department of ARCHITECTURE Co. A transformation in faith toward Christianity led him to church design—as architecture that proclaims the “Gospel” through both symbolism and spatial experience.

แต่จริงๆ แล้ว มันคือการคัดเลือก ตัดทิ้ง และการเริ่มใหม่ซ้ำๆ

โครงการคัดเลือกวัสดุและผลิตภัณฑ์ที่น่าสนใจในมิติต่างๆ ที่จัดขึ้นโดย ASA Platform ภายใต้สมาคมสถาปนิกสยาม ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ เพื่อเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการสนับสนุนอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตและนำเข้าวัสดุก่อสร้างและสถาปัตยกรรม รวมถึงเพื่อแนะนำวัสดุใหม่ๆ หรือวัสดุที่น่าจับตามองให้แก่สถาปนิกและนักออกแบบในวงการสถาปัตยกรรมและการออกแบบ

ท่ามกลางพลวัตของโลกสถาปัตยกรรมที่หมุนเวียนเปลี่ยนผ่านไปตามยุคสมัย สุริยะ อัมพันศิริรัตน์ ผู้ก่อตั้ง Walllasia เลือกที่จะพาเรากลับมาสำรวจ 'แก่นแท้' ของการดำรงอยู่ ผ่านมุมมองที่นิ่งสงบและถ่อมตน งานออกแบบของ Walllasia จึงเปรียบเสมือนการเจียระไนความว่างเปล่าให้กลายเป็นพื้นที่แห่งสติ ที่ซึ่งรูปทรงและวัสดุทำหน้าที่เป็นเพียงสะพานเชื่อมโยงจิตวิญญาณของผู้ใช้งานไปสู่ความจริงแท้ของธรรมชาติอย่างกลมกลืน

Amid the shifting dynamics of the architectural world across eras, Suriya Ampansirirat, founder of Walllasia, invites us to return to an exploration of the essence of existence through a calm and humble perspective. Walllasia’s work can therefore be understood as a process of refining emptiness into spaces of awareness, where form and material serve only as bridges, gently guiding the user's spirit toward a harmonious encounter with the true nature of the world.
The working philosophy of Walllasia begins with creating forms that are simple—allowing people to experience the sensorial presence of “truth” inherent in nature and materials. The rawness of exposed concrete, the honesty of weathered steel, the imperfection of aged wood, and the psychological calibration of spatial distance all stand as representations of truth, stripped of excess ornamentation, allowing humans to engage in a dialogue with the reality of nature while simultaneously reflecting upon themselves.

Cave House 21 and Ariyatara Mahasatup

สมชาย จงแสง สถาปนิกเจ้าของ DECA Atelier ผู้เป็นลูกศิษย์ของเสถียรธรรมสถาน ได้รับมอบหมายในการเติมเต็มพื้นที่หุบเขาโพธิสัตว์ ในอำเภอแก่งกระจาน จังหวัดเพชรบุรี ให้สมบูรณ์ในแง่ประโยชน์ใช้สอย โดยเริ่มต้นจากที่พำนักอาศัยของสานุศิษย์ด้วยแนวคิด ‘สังคมอารยะ’ การอยู่ร่วมกันเป็นกลุ่มก้อนอย่างเท่าเทียม ผ่านฝีมือของนักออกแบบ 21 คน มาร่วมสร้างสรรค์งานออกแบบภายในของบ้านพักตามแนวทางคำสอนที่เน้นกลไกการมีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างสรรค์พื้นที่
โครงการถัดจากบ้านถ้ำ คือการก่อสร้างฐานรองรับรูปหล่อสำริดองค์พระอารยตารามหาโพธิสัตว์ขนาดใหญ่ที่สุดในโลก ที่ฐานองค์กลายเป็นพื้นที่อเนกประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างอรรถประโยชน์เชิงโครงสร้างโดยยังคงเข้าข่ายองค์ประกอบความเป็นเจดีย์ พร้อมสร้างประสบการณ์ของการรับรู้สู่สุนทรียะทางสถาปัตยกรรมจนรู้สึกและสัมผัสได้

Somchai Jongsang, founder and architect of DECA Atelier and a disciple of Sathira Dhammasathan, was entrusted with completing the Bodhisattva Valley in terms of functionality. The project began with residential quarters for practitioners, guided by the concept of an “enlightened community” — collective living grounded in equality. A group of 21 designers collaborated on the interior design of these
residences, guided by teachings that emphasize participatory processes in shaping space.
The subsequent phase, following the cave-house project, involves the construction of a base to support what will become the world’s largest bronze statue of Aryatara Mahabodhisattva. The plinth itself is designed as a multi-purpose space, generating functional value while still retaining the essential characteristics of a stupa. At the same time, it creates a spatial experience that engages perception and evokes a tangible sense of architectural aesthetics.

Faith: An unseen force, made visible through architecture

หากพิจารณา "ศรัทธา" ในความสัมพันธ์กับสถาปัตยกรรม ภาพแรกที่ผุดขึ้นในใจมักเป็นอาคารทางศาสนา เช่น วัด มัสยิด โบสถ์ ศาลเจ้า ธรรมศาลา เป็นต้น แต่นอกเหนือจากประเภทของอาคารแล้ว ศรัทธานั้นหล่อหลอมสถาปัตยกรรมในมิติใดบ้าง? และคุณลักษณะเชิงสถาปัตยกรรมใดที่ถือกำเนิดขึ้น จากพลังของศรัทธา?

If we were to consider ‘faith’ in terms of its connection to architecture, it is often religious buildings that come to mind: temples, mosques, churches, shrines, synagogues and so on. But beyond the building typology, how does ‘faith’ shape buildings? What characteristics of architecture does ‘faith’ give rise to?
Nawanwaj Yudhanahas invites audiences on a journey back in time to explore narratives of faith embedded in nature, belief systems, and human hope—forces that can ultimately be transformed into architecture with profound spiritual resonance, and prompting a reflection on where faith could take architecture in the future.

พิธีมอบรางวัล ASA Platform Selected Materials 2026

เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 30 เมษายน 2569 ทาง ASA Platform ได้จัดพิธีมอบรางวัล ASA Platform Selected Materials 2026 ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในกิจกรรมของเวทีกลางในงานสถาปนิก’69 โดยปีนี้มีวัสดุและผลิตภัณฑ์คุณภาพ จาก 15 แบรนด์ผู้ผลิตและนำเข้าผลิตภัณฑ์ชั้นนำ ผ่านการคัดเลือกและได้รับรางวัลในปีนี้
โดยในช่วงพิธีการนั้น ได้รับเกียรติจากคุณวุฒิ เทศอัฒภาค อุปนายกฝ่ายภูมิภาค สมาคมสถาปนิกสยาม ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ขึ้นกล่าวต้อนรับและแสดงความยินดีกับผู้ได้รับรางวัลทั้ง 15 แบรนด์ ทุกท่านสามารถรับชมภาพกิจกรรม รวมถึงรายนามผู้ชนะรางวัล ASA Platform Selected Materials 2026 จากอัลบั้มภาพด้านล่างนี้

"ศรัทธา" เป็นคำที่เรียบง่ายแต่ทรงพลัง เป็นแรงขับเคลื่อนเบื้องหลังสิ่งปลูกสร้างที่ยิ่งใหญ่ที่สุดในประวัติศาสตร์มนุษยชาติ ทั้งนี้ ศรัทธาในบริบทของการออกแบบไม่ได้จำกัดอยู่เพียงมิติทางศาสนา หากยังหมายถึงความเชื่อมั่นในกระบวนการสร้างสรรค์ ความไว้วางใจระหว่างผู้ออกแบบกับเจ้าของงาน และต่อผู้ใช้งาน ความศรัทธาต่อวัสดุและวิธีการก่อสร้าง รวมถึงความเชื่อที่ว่าสถาปัตยกรรมสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงชีวิตผู้คนและสังคมให้ดีขึ้นได้

Faith is a simple yet powerful word. It has served as a driving force behind many of the greatest architectures in human history. In the context of design, however, faith extends beyond the strictly religious dimension. It also refers to confidence in the creative process, trust between architect and client, and responsibility toward those who will ultimately inhabit the space. It includes faith in materials and methods of construction, as well as the belief that architecture has the capacity to shape human experience and contribute positively to society.

This issue of ASA Journal invites readers to explore the multiple meanings of "Faith" through a series of architectural works, designed by architects who interpret spaces of belief through contemporary architectural language. These projects demonstrate that religious architecture today need not remain bound to inherited forms; rather, it can engage with new ideas and spatial expressions while preserving a sense of the sacred.

บางสิ่งไม่ได้ถูกทำซ้ำ เพราะมันควรจะเกิดขึ้น “ในจังหวะนั้นครั้งเดียว” วารสารแต่ละเล่มคือช่วงเวลาหนึ่งของความคิดที่เราบันทึกไว้ และปล่อยให้มันจบลงในแบบของมัน
แต่ครั้งต่อไปอาจไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นจากเราเพียงคนเดียว เราอยากรู้ว่าถ้าวารสารนี้จะก้าวไปอีกขั้น คุณอยากเห็นมันพูดถึงอะไร อยากให้มันเล่าเรื่องแบบไหน หรืออยากให้มัน “เปลี่ยนไป” ในทิศทางไหน
