Furthermore, the beauty of its distinct, non-repeating patterns has become memorable, contributing to many design projects in which natural stone veneer is utilized for flooring, furniture cladding, and wall applications indoors and out.
Stone Surface has enhanced the product’s features to provide a natural stone veneer that maintains its stone qualities while improving in all dimensions. วารสารอาษาฉบับพิเศษภายใต้ธีม Emerging ได้ทบทวนภาพรวมของแวดวงสถาปัตยกรรมไทย ผ่านการเลือกนำเสนอ 10 สำนักงานสถาปนิกดาวรุ่งที่เปิดตัวและมีบทบาทโดดเด่นในช่วงทศวรรษที่ผ่านมา สำนักงานเหล่านี้ล้วนมีผลงานเป็นที่ยอมรับทั้งในระดับประเทศและนานาชาติ พร้อมทั้งเป็นภาพแทนของแนวโน้มใหม่ในวิชาชีพ ที่สะท้อนแนวคิด วิธีการทำงาน และทักษะที่สถาปนิกยุคใหม่ควรมี ตั้งแต่กระบวนการคิด ไปจนถึงความเข้าใจในบทบาทของสถาปนิกต่อสังคมที่กำลังเปลี่ยนแปลง

ASA Experimental Design Competition 2025

อนาคตแห่งความคิดถึงในสถาปัตยกรรม หมายรวมถึง แนวคิดการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมที่นำแรงบันดาลใจจากอดีต ผสานกับนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่เพื่อสร้างพื้นที่ที่ไม่จำกัดเฉพาะความสวยงาม แต่ยังมีความหมายที่เชื่อมโยงกับวัฒนธรรม สังคม ธรรมชาติในปัจจุบันและอนาคตโดยมุ่งหวังให้เกิดการอนุรักษ์คุณค่าในอดีตที่เสริมสร้างวิถีชีวิตซึ่งตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของ ผู้คนในอนาคต
การประกวดแบบ "อนาคตนิยม Future Nostalgia in Architecture" จึงเป็นการเชิญชวน ให้นักออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมได้ใช้คำจำกัดความจากแนวคิดนี้ มาร่วมหาแนวทางความคิดสร้างสรรค์และผลงานออกแบบ ที่เชื่อมโยงอดีต ทั้งทางสังคม วัฒนธรรม ผู้คน ธรรมชาติ สถานที่ และเวลา ผ่านความรู้เครื่องมือและเทคโนโลยีทันสมัย ที่ไม่จำกัดพื้นที่ตั้งและขนาด โดยใช้ประเทศไทยเป็นกรณีศึกษา เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบสถาปัตยกรรมอนาคตนิยมในรูปแบบใหม่ที่รำลึกอดีต ผ่านปัจจุบัน นำไปสู่สถาปัตยกรรมแห่งอนาคตร่วมกัน

Future nostalgia refers to a compelling architectural design concept that draws inspiration from the past and seamlessly blends it with modern innovations and technologies. The objective transcends creating merely aesthetically pleasing spaces; it aims to infuse them with profound meaning—interweaving culture, society, and nature across both present and future contexts.
The design competition "Futurism: Future Nostalgia in Architecture" serves as an invitation for architects to use the concept's definition to explore creative approaches and develop designs that link the past-in facets ranging from society, culture, and people to nature, place, and time-through the prism of modern knowledge, tools, and technologies. The aim is to forge new forms of futurist architecture that honor and reflect upon the past through today's lens, guiding us toward a shared architectural future.

FAMELINE X ARCHITECTS & ASSOCIATES (A&A)

Fameline ได้ร่วมมือกับ Architects & Associates (A&A) ภายใต้แนวคิด “My Time, My Space – Turning Waste into Wonder” ที่นำเอาเศษเหลือของอะลูมิเนียมจากโครงการต่าง ๆ กลับมาหลอมใช้ประโยชน์ใหม่ด้วยการออกแบบพื้นที่ของ Thematic Pavilion ให้อยู่ท่ามกลางผนัง 2 ส่วน ฝั่งแรกคือโครงสร้างของแนว fin Aluminium Honeycomb Panel (AHP) เรียงตัวคล้ายเกลียวคลื่นต่อเนื่องกว่า 6 เมตร
ขณะที่ผนังอีกด้านคือแผงของ Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) ที่เกิดจากการนำอะลูมิเนียมถูกพับให้เป็นทรงกล่อง ติดตั้งเป็นผืนผนังยาว ใส่ความหลากหลายของสีและลวดลายอะลูมิเนียมที่แตกต่างกัน ประยุกต์ร่วมกับการจัด lighting design เกิดเป็นโครงสร้าง เพื่อให้ผู้เยี่ยมชมได้สัมผัสกับเนื้อของวัสดุที่เปลี่ยนไปตามพื้นผิวที่สะท้อนแสง และเมื่อจบงานจัดแสดงวัสดุดังกล่าวจะถูกนำไปหลอมเป็นวัตถุดิบใหม่ในอนาคต

Fameline partners with Architects & Associates (A&A) under the concept “My Time, My Space – Turning Waste into Wonder.” The installation explores the potential of reusing aluminum waste from previous projects by transforming discarded materials into a compelling architectural experience. The first wall is composed of a rhythmic series of Aluminium Honeycomb Panels (AHP) fins, arranged in a wave-like spiral stretching over six meters in length.
Opposite this is a wall composed of Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP), which have been folded into box-like forms and assembled into a continuous plane. This surface showcases a variety of colors and aluminum patterns, offering a spectrum of aesthetic possibilities. The cladding surfaces have been thoughtfully designed in tandem with lighting elements. True to the concept of circularity, all aluminum elements used in the pavilion will be returned to the production cycle after the exhibition, to be melted down and reused as raw material.

ในอดีต หินธรรมชาติมักถูกเชื่อมโยงกับโครงการพัฒนาในระดับไฮเอนด์ Siamtak สยามตาก มุ่งท้าทายทัศนคตินี้ด้วยการวางตำแหน่งให้หินธรรมชาติเป็นทางเลือกที่เข้าถึงได้มากขึ้นสำหรับการใช้งานทางสถาปัตยกรรมและการออกแบบภายในในหลากหลายระดับ ผ่านการคัดสรรวัสดุจากแหล่งทั่วโลก พร้อมให้การสนับสนุนโครงการอย่างครบวงจร

Natural stone has long been associated with high-end constructions like luxury hotels and premium real estate projects. Siamtak has attempted to change this attitude by presenting natural stone as a viable and affordable solution for various architectural and interior uses. The company emphasizes accessibility and convenience by curating materials from global sources and offers complete project support.
The natural stone selections include Van Gogh Onyx Marble. Recognized by its varied color variations, the stone’s visual intricacy resembles Vincent van Gogh’s expressive manner, hence its commercial name. In addition to its chromatic properties, Van Gogh Onyx is translucent, allowing it to be backlit, resulting in a fascinating interplay of light and shadow. This makes it ideal for interior applications requiring atmospheric improvements.

Vanachai Group บริษัทผู้ผลิตแผ่นไม้ทดแทนธรรมชาติชั้นนำที่มีประสบการณ์มากว่า 82 ปี ได้ร่วมมือกับสถาปนิกจาก FLAT12x ย้อนรอยการเดินทางของแผ่นไม้ ตั้งแต่การผลิตแผ่นไม้จากจุดเริ่มต้น โดยมาในชื่อ “อุโมงค์เส้นโค้ง” โครงสร้างหลักทำจากไม้อัดในขนาดมาตรฐาน 1.4 x 2.4 เมตร ที่ปกติแล้วมักจะใช้ในการทำเฟอร์นิเจอร์และผนังมากกว่า

Vanachai Group, a premier manufacturer of sustainable wood-based panels with over 82 years of expertise, joins forces with architecture studio FLAT12x to present “Curved Tunnel,” a Thematic Pavilion that traces the journey of wood panels from production to application. While most users are familiar with the standard 1.4 x 2.4-meter plywood sheets, often seen in wall cladding or cabinetry, here the designers transform these everyday elements into the pavilion’s primary structural form.
As visitors move through the curved passage, they are invited to engage with the variety of wood finishes and types produced by Vanachai Group. To support the curvature and ensure structural integrity, the designers employed a rigid frame system concealed within the assembly. Once the exhibition concludes, all materials will be disassembled and returned to the market for sale, reflecting the project’s commitment to resource efficiency and minimal waste generation.

WOODDEN TEAK AND ENGINEERED WOOD FLOORING X POAR

แผ่นไม้จริงลายสวยงามถูกจัดวางอย่างประณีต ‘แผ่นต่อแผ่น’ ตามชื่อ “Piece by Piece” ชื่อของ Thematic Pavilion ของ WoodDen ที่ปีนี้ได้ร่วมมือกับทีมผู้ออกแบบจาก POAR ในการออกแบบชั้นวางไม้ขนาดใหญ่ สูงถึง 7 เมตร ที่ดึงเอาศักยภาพและความเชี่ยวชาญของ WoodDen ในทางหัตถกรรม จากกระบวนการคัดไม้ซึ่งต้องอาศัยทักษะจากมนุษย์
ที่ฝั่งระนาบที่ประชิดกับทางเดินส่วนกลางของงาน ถูกออกแบบให้เป็นระนาบของชั้นวางไม้ที่ราบเรียบ ในขณะที่พื้นที่ด้านหลังซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ภายใน Pavilion ลดหลั่นไปตามความยาวของไม้ที่เกิดขึ้นอิสระ ภายใต้โครงสร้างของหลังคาทรงจั่วนำเสนอผนังไม้ Pattern Modular สำหรับงานไม้ที่ใช้ภายใน ส่งผลให้เกิดพื้นที่ว่างระหว่างซอกทางเดินตามแนวยาว เพื่อให้ผู้เยี่ยมชมได้สัมผัสกับผลิตภัณฑ์ได้อย่างใกล้ชิด

“Piece by Piece,” the Thematic Pavilion by WoodDen, designed in collaboration with POAR, presents a meticulous composition of real wood planks, each selected and placed with exceptional attention to detail. The installation centers on a towering, seven-meter-tall timber shelving structure composed entirely of real wood pieces, thoughtfully assembled to showcase the material in its raw, unembellished form.
The first is a flat, clean, orderly surface facing the main walk way of the expo. In contrast, the inner side of the pavilion is formed by a cascading arrangement of timber planks, whose lengths vary and flow in a gentle curve. Beneath a gable roof, modular patterned wall panels made of processed wood are displayed. This section focuses on showcasing wood wall applications for interior use. The spatial configuration creates a narrow corridor running the length of the pavilion, inviting visitors to move through and engage with thematerials up close.
