A New Chapter for Education and Sport in Thailand 🇹🇭🎓🏆
BISA - Bangkok International School for Athletes
Thailand is taking another important step towards integrating international education with high-performance sport through the launch of Bangkok International School for Athletes (BISA).

Developed as part of North Star Park, BISA is designed for students who want to pursue academic excellence while developing their potential as competitive athletes—without having to choose one path over the other.

The school plans to combine an American international curriculum** with structured high-performance training, initially focusing on tennis and golf. Its whole-child development approach will cover academics, character, wellness, future-ready skills and athletic excellence.

The project also brings together expertise from global sport, including Emilio Sánchez, founder of the Emilio Sánchez Academy, and former world No. 1 golfer Jeeno Atthaya Thitikul.

Beyond developing athletes, BISA’s broader vision is to prepare young people to succeed in education, sport and life.

The school is planned to open in August 2027, subject to approval from the relevant authorities.

It will be interesting to see how this project contributes to Thailand’s ambition of becoming a regional hub for international education and sports development.

🤖 KTIS empowers Thai youth to become the thinkers, inventors and creators of tomorrow.

The KTIS Group supported the fourth ASEAN-level Robotics and Esports Competition for royal trophies, hosted by Chaopraya University in collaboration with educational institutions and partner organizations.

The 2026 competition attracted 649 teams—600 competing in robotics and 49 in esports—with more than 2,000 students from schools, colleges and universities across Thailand taking part.

Beyond the competition, the initiative gives young people opportunities to develop skills in robotics, programming and digital technology while strengthening critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork and innovation—essential capabilities for the industries of the future.

“Gen Z has no respect.”

Both statements miss the real problem.

Thailand now has approximately 39.4 million employed people, creating one of its most diverse workforces yet.

Indicative estimates suggest:

Gen X: 50–60% in many established organizations
Millennials: roughly 40–50% of the workforce
Gen Z: still below 10%, but growing quickly

Their influence is already greater than their headcount:

🤖 87% of Thai Gen Z and 88% of Millennials use AI at work—but fewer than half believe their employers provide sufficient AI tools.

🚀 83% of Gen Z and 84% of Millennials want to become leaders, yet only 2% consider leadership their main career goal today.

🎯 99% of Gen Z and 100% of Millennials say purpose is important to job satisfaction.

The best companies won’t force three generations to work in exactly the same way. They will create a culture where experience flows down—and new knowledge flows up.
