Jeff’s vision was clear – to craft pizzas that echoed the thin-crust tradition he cherished from his homeland. Drawing inspiration from the diverse culinary influences in Toronto and North America, with a keen eye on the Thai market, he sought to create a unique hybrid: an American-Italian fusion boasting a tantalizingly thin crust imbued with North American flavors.

As we march beyond our 1,000,000th video view and the comments and critiques pile-up we felt it important to clarify our modus operandi. What Bangkok Easts is and isn’t. We scour the town to find what we feel are interesting, over-looked or new & noteworthy restaurants. Our deep research includes an extensive tasting at each prospective establishment. If the tasting is marginal then we don’t produce a segment. We are not out to do gotcha pieces or send undercover reviewers to unprepared or unsuspecting restaurants. Other people in town get off on that, not our thing. So our talent’s exuberance is real, as annoying at it might be to some of you, we promise it’s authentic.
