is an international motion picture production company, registered in the Republic of Ireland and the Kingdom of Thailand. Founder Tom Waller is of Irish and Thai descent. Most recently the company handled the filming of Wanda Media's BATTLE OF MEMORIES, a sci-fi thriller released in China in April 2017. In 2015, the company provided production services for Millennium Films on the action movie MECH

ANIC: RESURRECTION starring Jason Statham, Jessica Alba and Tommy Lee Jones; in 2013 on the martial arts movie NINJA: SHADOW OF A TEAR, starring Scott Adkins and directed by Isaac Florentine. Previously we handled ELEPHANT WHITE starring Djimon Hounsou and Kevin Bacon, directed by Thailand’s no. 1 action director Prachya Pinkaew (ONG BAK). The company also worked on the Charles Darwin bio-pic CREATION directed by Jon Amiel (ENTRAPMENT) and starring Paul Bettany, for The Recorded Picture Co/Hanway Films. Other previous credits include BITTER/SWEET starring James Brolin and Kip Pardue for Angel & Bear/Capitol Motion Pictures, THE ELEPHANT KING with Academy Awrd winner Ellen Burstyn for Unison Films Inc., as well as three seasons of the hit reality TV show SURVIVOR, for the Philippine and Israeli franchise versions. De Warrenne Pictures also produces its own acclaimed movies such as BUTTERFLY MAN, THE GHOST OF MAE NAK and SOI COWBOY (Cannes Film Festival 2008 - Un Certain Regard) and is a member of the Federation of National Film Associations of Thailand. In 2011, the award-winning MINDFULNESS AND MURDER was released in Thai cinemas by M Pictures. The murder mystery was nominated for 5 Thai National Film Awards, including for Best Picture and Best Director for Tom Waller. In 2014, Waller directed THE LAST EXECUTIONER which won Vithaya Pansringarm the Best Actor Golden Goblet Award at Shanghai International Film Festival. When the company is not engaged in feature film production, the Company handles TVCs, music videos and high-end corporate AV work with clients including Industrial Light & Magic, WANDA Group, Raimonland, Banyan Tree Hotels, Sony BMG Music Entertainment, AIS One2Call, BBDO and Procter & Gamble. Tom Waller has over 18 years experience in the film and television industry, graduating from the Northern School of Film and TV (PGDip/MA Film Production) in Leeds, England in 1995 and establishing De Warrenne Pictures in London since 1996. He is also a graduate of MEDIA's EAVE Programme in 2000 (PGCert Audio-Visual Production and Co-Production) and a member of BAFTA.

It’s a wrap on JOHN RAMBO! Principal photography was completed recently on the action franchise prequel in Thailand. De Warrenne Pictures handled production services for Millennium Media and Lionsgate.

It took an epic commitment from several hundred cast and crew led by visionary director Jalmari Helander, after months of meticulous planning across locations all over Thailand.

Many thanks to our many suppliers and dedicated teams across multiple filming units. Mission complete! 🙏

FLAMES OF A FLOWER, directed by Oudai Kojima, will have its Thailand premiere on Monday 13th October 2025 as part of the Bangkok International Film Festival.

We collaborated with 株式会社アニモプロデュース animoproduce inc. on the shoot here in Thailand where we depicted South Sudan. See it at the Major Cineplex Sukhumvit เมเจอร์ ซีนีเพล็กซ์ สุขุมวิท เอกมัย on Monday at 6pm!

Cast and crew will be in attendance for a Q&A after the film.
