Tried my first ice bath experience in Bangkok and it was such a refreshing challenge. 🧊❄️
Ice bath first, then sauna — the perfect hot and cold reset for the body and mind.

The place has amazing vibes and a really relaxing atmosphere. It’s a great option if you want both ice bath and sauna in one spot. For 490 THB you get 2 hours inside, and they also provide towels and toilets, which makes everything convenient.

Stranger Things: One Last Adventure in Songwat…

ဘန်ကောက်မှာရှိတဲ့ Stranger Things fan တို့ရေ Stranger Things နောက်ဆုံးSeason အတွက် ဘန်ကောက်မြို့ နာမည်ကြီး Songwat area မှာ နှုတ်ဆက်ပွဲအနေနဲ့ ပွဲကြီးကျင်းပပေးနေတယ်နော်!

ပွဲကို ဒီဇင်ဘာလ ၂၀မှ ၂၈ရက်နေ့ထိပြုလုပ်ပေးနေပြီး ညနေ ၅နာရီမှ ၁၀နာရီအတွင်း သွားရောက်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

Event အတွင်း မဖြစ်မနေ သွားရောက်သင့်တဲ့ နေရာတွေ ကို အောက်မှာ အကြံပြုထားပါတယ်။ နေရာအမျိုးမျိုးမှာ stamp စုဆောင်းပြီး Season 5 poster နဲ့ လဲလှယ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ နေရာတွေကတော့—

⭐️ “The Castle Byers” – Kodang Charoenwattana
အပြင်ဘက်မှာ Will က ကလေးဘဝတုန်းက ဆောက်ခဲ့တဲ့ ကားဆယ် (castle) ကို ပြထားပြီး၊ အတွင်းဘက်မှာ Season 1 မှာ Will က လျှပ်စစ်အသုံးပြုပြီး Joyce နဲ့ ဆက်သွယ်ခဲ့တဲ့ အခန်း (normal world version) ကို ပြထားပါတယ်။ ဒီနေရာမှာ stamp စုဆောင်းစာအုပ် (Will) ကို အရင်ဆုံး ယူပြီး နောက်နေရာတွေကို ဆက်သွားနိုင်ပါတယ်။

⭐️ “Demogorgon Wall” – The Old Breadshop
Demogorgon က နံရံကို ဖောက်ထွင်းထွက်လာတဲ့ အခန်း ကို ဆိုင်ဘေးနံရံမှာ ဖန်တီးထားပါတယ်။ Stamp မလိုတဲ့အတွက် ပထမဆုံး လာရောက်ရိုက်ကူးနိုင်တဲ့ နေရာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ (Tour စတင်ကြည့်ရှုရာ အစပြုနေရာလည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်)

⭐️ “UpsideDown Photo Spot” – I Wanna Bangkok ဆိုင်းဘုတ်
Songwat အလယ်ဗဟိုမှာရှိတဲ့ နာမည်ကြီး ဆိုင်းဘုတ်ပါ။ Upside Down ကမ္ဘာထဲ ဝင်ရောက်သွားသလို check-in လုပ်နိုင်တဲ့ နေရာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

⭐️ “The Place Arcade & Starcourt Mall” – Nu Hri Ice Cream Shop
Season 3 မှာ Steve နဲ့ Robin တို့ အလုပ်လုပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ Scoop A Hoy ဆိုင်အပြင် Season finale တိုက်ပွဲဖြစ်ခဲ့တဲ့ mall ကို ပြန်လည်ဖန်တီးထားပြီး retro arcade လည်း ပါဝင်ပါတယ် (Dustin stamp ရနိုင်ပါတယ်)

⭐️ “Vecna’s Mind Lair” – The Foundry O
နောက်ဆုံးဘော့စ် Vecna (Henry) ရဲ့ မူလအစဖြစ်တဲ့ Quill မိသားစုအိမ် ထဲကို ဝင်ရောက်လည်ပတ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ Season 4 အဆုံးမှာ တွေ့ခဲ့ရတဲ့ အသက်အရွယ်တူ Vecna ကို တွေ့ရမယ့် အခန်းလည်း ပါဝင်ပြီး Lucas stamp ရနိုင်ပါတယ်။

⭐️ “The Floating Max” – Sit In Soi
Vecna က Max ကို တိုက်ခိုက်ခဲ့တဲ့ သင်္ချိုင်းမြေထဲက စိတ်လှုပ်ရှားစရာ အခန်း ကို ဖန်တီးထားပါတယ်။ အလွန်ထိမိတဲ့ ဓာတ်ပုံတွေ ရိုက်နိုင်ပြီး Max stamp လည်း ရပါတယ်။

⭐️ “The WSQK + One Last Ride Together” – Chang Beer Parking Lot
Season 5 မှာ Dustin ရဲ့ WSQK station train ကို တွေ့ရပြီး Jonathan က Upside Down ကမ္ဘာထဲကို ခေါ်သွားပေးမယ့် concept နဲ့ ဓာတ်ပုံရိုက်စရာ နေရာများစွာ ပါဝင်ပါတယ်။ ဒီနေရာမှာ နောက်ဆုံး stamp နှစ်ခု (Mike နဲ့ Eleven) ကို ရယူပြီး အမှတ်တရ poster လဲလှယ်ဖို့ တန်းစီနိုင်ပါတယ်။

(1) Central World

ဒီနှစ်မှာ "Disney The Magical Stars 2026" ခေါင်းစဉ်နဲ့ ကမ္ဘာကျော် Disney ကာတွန်းရုပ်လေးတွေ၊ ဇာတ်ကောင်အပြင်အဆင်တွေနဲ့အလှဆင်ထားပြီး ည၈နာရီဆို နှင်းအတုကျပေးပါတယ်။ မြို့လည်ခေါင်ဖြစ်လို့ သွားလာရအဆင်ပြေတဲ့ Mall တစ်ခုဖြစ်လို့ သွားရောက်သင့်တယ်နော်။

(2) ICONSIAM

Icon Siam ရဲ့ ဒီနှစ် Theme ကတော့ ICONSIAM Joyconic with Becky ခေါင်းစဉ်နဲ့ ကြီးမားလှတဲ့ ခွေးရုပ်ကြီးနှင့် ရွှေရောင် ခရစ္စမတ်သစ်ပင်ကြီးကို highlights အလှပြဆင်ထားတာဘဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

(3) EM District (Emporium, EmQuartier, EmSphere)

EM District Theme က "Winter Wonderland" လို့ပေးထားပြီးတော့ Fairytale ဆန်ဆန် လိပ်ပြာလေးတွေ သမင်လေးတွေနဲ့ အလှဆင်ထားပါတယ်။ Shopping Mall 3ခုဆက်ထားတဲ့နေရာဖြစ်ပြီး Mall တစ်ခုချင်းစီရဲ့ Christmas အလှဆင်ထားပုံက တစ်ခုတစ်မျိုးစီလေးဖြစ်တာကြောင့် သွားရောက်မယ်ဆိုရင် သဘောကျမှာပါ။

(4) Central Embassy

Central Embassy ရဲ့ စက်လှေကားအလှဆင်ထားတာလေးကတော့ မိန်းကလေးတွေကြား ရေပနါးစားနေတဲ့နေရာလေးပါဘဲ။ အပြင်ဘက်မှာ "The Greatest Gifting Tree" ဆိုပြီး လက်ဆောင်ဗူးတွေနဲ့ အလှဆင်ထားတဲ့ ခရစ္စမတ်သစ်ပင်ကြီး အပြင် အပေါ်ဆုံး၅လွှာမှာလဲ “Funny Little Mess” theme နဲ့ အလှဆင်ထားပါသေးတယ်။

(5) One Bangkok

One Bangkok မှာတော့ ရွှေရောင် ခရစ္စမတ်သစ်ပင်ကြီးနဲ့အတူ “Onederous Christmas Market“ ပါ ပူးတွဲပြုလုပ်ပေးထားပါတယ်။
အသစ်ဖွင့်ထားတဲ့ One Bangkok က Christmas အလှဆင်မှုတွေက ဥရောပက မြို့လေးတစ်မြို့ကို ရောက်သွားသလို ခံစားစေရမှာပါ။

(5) Dusit Central Park

ဒီနှစ်ရဲ့ နာမည်ကြီးနေရာလေးထဲ Dusit Central Park ကလည်း မပါမဖြစ်နော်။ Shopping Mall အပေါ် မိုးပေါ်ပန်းခြံလေးက ခရစ္စမတ်မှာ မီးရောင်တွေနဲ့ လှနေတဲ့အပြင် ဘန်ကောက်မြို့ရှုခင်းအလှကိုလဲ ခံစားနိုင်တဲ့နေရာလေး တစ်ခုပါဘဲ။
