At present, Cambodia is not complying with the agreement and has not ceased fire.
Despite repeated calls from various parties to end the violence, Cambodia continues its attacks, causing harm to innocent civilians and widespread destruction. The refusal to respect the agreement and the continued acts of aggression constitute a violation of human rights and may amount to war crimes. The international community should closely monitor the situation and take appropriate measures to pressure Cambodia to immediately stop its violent actions.
