နယူးဇီလန်အစိုးရက မြန်မာစစ်တပ် ကျင်းပမည့် တရားမဝင် အတုအယောင် ရွေးကောက်ပွဲကို လက်မခံကြောင်း ထုတ်ပြန်ရန် အဆိုတင်သွင်းချက်ကို ယနေ့ ၂၀၂၅ နိုဝင်ဘာ ၅ နယူးဇီလန် လွှတ်တော်ထဲတွင် Brother Phil Twyford - Labour Party တင်သွင်းပြီး Brother Teanau Tuiono - Green Party က ထောက်ခံတင်သွင်း အဆိုပြုရာ ကန့်ကွက်သူ မရှိပဲ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ချမှတ်လိုက်ကြောင်း အလုပ်သမား ပြည်သူများကို သတင်းကောင်း ပေးပို့တင်ပြအပ်ပါသည်။
၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ နိုဝင်ဘာလ ၅ ရက်နေ့တွင် တညီတညွတ်တည်း အတည်ပြုခဲ့သော နယူးဇီလန်ပါလီမန်၏ အဆိုတင်သွင်းချက်
ဤလွှတ်တော်သည်-
• လက်ရှိစီစဉ်ထားသည့်အတိုင်း မြန်မာစစ်အုပ်စု၏ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲများသည် လွတ်လပ်၍ တရားမျှတမည်မဟုတ်ကြောင်းနှင့် ရေရှည်တည်တံ့သော ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးဆီသို့ ဦးတည်မည်မဟုတ်ကြောင်း အလွန်အမင်းစိုးရိမ်မိပါသည်။
• မဲစာရွက်တွင် စစ်မှန်သော အတိုက်အခံပါတီများ မရှိတော့ဘဲ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲများအပေါ် အများပြည်သူ၏ ဝေဖန်မှုကို ရာဇဝတ်မှုအဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်သည့် ဖိနှိပ်ချုပ်ချယ်သည့် ဥပဒေများကို အတည်ပြုထားသောကြောင့် ရွေးကောက်ပွဲအစီအစဉ်များသည် သိသိသာသာ ချို့ယွင်းချက်များရှိသည်ဟု ယူဆပါသည်။
• လက်ရှိအစီအစဉ်များအရ ကျင်းပပါက ရွေးကောက်ပွဲများသည် ယုံကြည်နိုင်ဖွယ်မရှိဟု ယုံကြည်ပါသည်။
• နိုင်ငံရေးအကျဉ်းသားအားလုံးကို လွှတ်ပေးရန်၊ လေကြောင်းတိုက်ခိုက်မှုများနှင့် အခြားစစ်ရေးလုပ်ဆောင်မှုများကို ရပ်တန့်ရန်၊ အကျိုးတူပါဝင်သူအားလုံးနှင့် စစ်မှန်သော ပါဝင်ဆွေးနွေးမှုကို ဖွင့်လှစ်ရန်နှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားများ၏ လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှုဆိုင်ရာ ဒုက္ခများကို သက်သာစေရန် မြန်မာစစ်အုပ်စုအား တောင်းဆိုပါသည်။
• မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် ရေရှည်တည်တံ့သော ဖြေရှင်းချက်တစ်ခုအတွက် လိုအပ်သော ခြေလှမ်းတစ်ခုအဖြစ် ကုလသမဂ္ဂလုံခြုံရေးကောင်စီ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက် ၂၆၆၉ နှင့် အာဆီယံ ငါးချက် သဘောတူညီချက်ကို အရေးတကြီး အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရန် တောင်းဆိုပါသည်။ • လက်ရှိစီစဉ်ထားသည့်အတိုင်း ယခုရွေးကောက်ပွဲဖြင့် တိုးတက်ကောင်းမွန်လာမည်မဟုတ်သော မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားများ၏ ဝမ်းနည်းဖွယ်အခြေအနေကို မျက်ခြည်မပြတ်စေရန် နယူးဇီလန်အစိုးရနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းအား တောင်းဆိုပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင်
• မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားများနှင့် ၎င်းတို့၏နိုင်ငံတွင် ပါဝင်မှုရှိပြီး စစ်မှန်သော ကိုယ်စားပြုဒီမိုကရေစီစနစ်အတွက် ၎င်းတို့၏ဆန္ဒနှင့်အတူ စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်စွာ ဆက်လက်ရပ်တည်သွားပါမည်။

That this House:
• Is gravely concerned that the Myanmar military regime’s elections as currently
planned cannot be free nor fair and will not lead to a sustainable peace;
• Regards the election arrangements as significantly flawed because there will be
no genuine opposition parties on the ballot paper, and repressive laws have been
passed criminalising public criticism of the elections;
• Believes that, if held under current arrangements, the elections would not be
credible;
• Calls on the Myanmar military regime to release all political prisoners, cease
airstrikes and other military action, enable genuine inclusive dialogue with all
stakeholders and relieve the humanitarian suffering of Myanmar people;
• Calls for the urgent implementation of UNSC Resolution 2669 and the ASEAN
Five Point Consensus as a necessary step towards a sustainable solution in
Myanmar;
• Calls on the New Zealand Government and the international community to not
lose sight of the grievous situation of the Myanmar people, which will not be
ameliorated by this election as currently planned; and
• Continues to stand in solidarity with the people of Myanmar and their desire
for inclusive and genuine representative democracy in their country.
