To our friends around the world,
In times of conflict,
truth is often the first to be distorted.
A group of Thai citizens have come together to send this message —
not to spread hatred or lay blame,
but to speak from the heart.
Not long ago,
innocent civilians in Thailand — including a mother and her child —
tragically lost their lives near the border.
We were forced to respond,
not out of anger,
but to protect lives and preserve peace in our homeland.
Even in the face of danger,
the Thai people and our military remain firmly committed to a shared moral principle:
“We will not harm civilians under any circumstances.”
This commitment makes our response far more difficult,
especially when opposing forces launch attacks
from areas deliberately placed within civilian zones
to shield their military operations.
We do not seek to provoke or accuse.
We are not asking anyone to take sides.
We only ask…
that your heart remain open to hearing the truth,
amid the wave of disinformation from our adversary.

ถึงเพื่อน ๆ ทั่วโลก,
ในช่วงเวลาแห่งความขัดแย้ง
ความจริงมักเป็นสิ่งแรกที่ถูกบิดเบือน
คนไทยกลุ่มหนึ่งจึงรวมพลังกันส่งข้อความนี้ —
ไม่ใช่เพื่อสร้างความเกลียดชังหรือกล่าวโทษ
แต่เพื่อส่งเสียงจากใจ
เมื่อไม่นานมานี้
พลเรือนผู้บริสุทธิ์ในประเทศไทย — รวมถึงแม่และลูก —
ได้เสียชีวิตจากเหตุการณ์อันน่าเศร้าใกล้ชายแดน
เราจำเป็นต้องตอบโต้
ไม่ใช่ด้วยความโกรธ
แต่เพื่อปกป้องชีวิตประชาชน และรักษาสันติภาพในบ้านของเรา
แม้จะเผชิญกับอันตราย
ประชาชนไทยและกองทัพไทยยังคงยึดมั่นในหลักศีลธรรมร่วมกันว่า
“เราจะไม่แตะต้องพลเรือนของฝ่ายตรงข้ามโดยเด็ดขาด”
หลักการข้อนี้ ทำให้การตอบโต้ของเรายากยิ่ง
โดยเฉพาะเมื่อฝ่ายตรงข้ามซ่อนฐานยิงไว้ในพื้นที่พลเรือนของเขา
เพื่อใช้เป็นเกราะป้องกันการโต้กลับจากเรา
เรามิได้ต้องการยั่วยุ หรือกล่าวหาใคร
เรามิได้ร้องขอให้ใครเลือกข้าง
เราขอเพียงว่า...หัวใจของคุณจะเปิดรับฟังข้อเท็จจริง
ท่ามกลางข่าวลวงจากฝ่ายตรงข้ามของเรา
