🍴 💚 This cozy plant-based café in Chiang Mai’s Old Town was built with heart, hope, and the dream of sharing health and happiness
— one meal at a time.

But here’s the story behind it…
10 years ago, I was seriously ill.
I was exhausted, weak, and lost.
Until I made one life-changing decision:
To heal myself with the power of plant-based food.

I swapped processed foods for plants.
I learned what nourishes the body — and what heals the soul.
And as my body recovered, my passion grew…
I knew I had to share this gift of wellness with others.

So I created PLANTABLE — a tiny kitchen, run by two person!
with no staff, no shortcuts, and nothing but pure love in every dish.

Every meal I serve is made by hand, with heart.
Customers walk long distances just to find this little shop.
They wait patiently, smile brightly, and return clean plates.

7 เมษายนนี้ “PLANTABLE VEGAN FOOD AND DRINK” ครบรอบ 1 ขวบแล้วจ้า!
ร้านเล็กๆ ในย่านเมืองเก่าสามกษัตริย์ จ.เชียงใหม่ ที่เต็มไปด้วยพลังแห่งความตั้งใจ รอยยิ้ม และความสุขจากอาหารที่ทำจาก “พืช” และ “ใจ”
ใครจะเชื่อว่า…
🤢เมื่อ 10 ปีก่อน หลายโรครุมเร้า เรียกได้ว่า กินยาเป็นอาหาร
🏥โรงพยาบาลคือ บ้านหลังที่สอง
แต่วันหนึ่ง ตัดสินใจเปลี่ยนทุกอย่าง
เริ่มหันมากินอาหารสุขภาพ เน้นโปรตีนจากพืช
เลือกอาหารที่ร่างกายย่อยง่าย เป็นมิตรต่อสุขภาพและโลก
การหายป่วยครั้งนั้นไม่ใช่แค่รอดชีวิต
แต่มัน “เปลี่ยนชีวิต” จนฉันอยากส่งต่อสิ่งดีๆ ให้คนอื่นด้วย
และนั่นคือจุดเริ่มต้นของ PLANTABLE🌿
ร้านวีแกนเล็กๆ ที่ตกแต่งเอง คิดเมนูเอง ทำอาหารเองทุกจาน
ร้านไม่มีพนักงาน ไม่มีสูตรสำเร็จ
แต่มี “ความตั้งใจล้นครัว” ทุกวัน
ลูกค้าทุกคนคือพลังงานบวกที่ทำให้ไม่หยุดลงมือทำเลย
บางคนเดินเป็นกิโลเพื่อมาหาร้าน
บางคนมายืนรอด้วยรอยยิ้ม
บางคนส่งจานคืนแบบสะอาดเกลี้ยง
และหลายคน… พูดกับทางร้านว่า
“คุณทำให้ฉันรู้ว่า อาหารที่ทำจากพืช มันอร่อยและทำให้รู้สึกดีได้จริงๆ”
ตลอด 1 ปีที่ผ่านมา ทางร้านได้เสิร์ฟอาหารให้ “เทวดาและนางฟ้า” ที่มาอุดหนุน
🤭ได้เห็นลูกค้ายิ้มตอนกัดเบอร์เกอร์
😲ได้ยินเสียง “ว้าว” เวลาจิบมัทฉะ
🥳และได้กำลังใจทุกวัน ถึงแม้ว่าวันนั้นจะเป็นวันที่เหนื่อยที่สุดก็ตาม
