🔻 บันทึกเหตุการณ์การปะทะบริเวณชายแดนไทย–กัมพูชา วันที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2568

ตามรายงานจากศูนย์ปฏิบัติการกองทัพภาคที่ 2 ได้สรุปเหตุการณ์การปะทะบริเวณชายแดนไทย–กัมพูชา ดังนี้:
🔹สถานการณ์การสู้รบแม้มีการเจรจาหยุดยิงในคืนวันที่ 29 ก.ค.68 แต่ยังเกิดเหตุการณ์คุกคามจากกำลังกัมพูชา 4 พื้นที่ ได้แก่
⚫️ ช่องคานม้า และ ภูมะเขือ จ.ศรีสะเกษ : ตรวจสอบเพิ่มกำลังฝ่ายกัมพูชา พร้อมใช้โดรนบินตรวจการณ์ และจากนั้นช่วงกลางดึกมีการปะทะด้วยปืนเล็ก
⚫️ ผามออีแดง: กำลังของฝ่ายกัมพูชาใช้อาวุธยิงสนับสนุน ใช้ ค.100 ยิงฐานฝ่ายไทย แต่ไม่มีการตอบโต้ (ปลอดภัย)
⚫️ ปราสาทตาเมือนธม–ปราสาทตาควาย จ.สุรินทร์ : ตรวจพบการเพิ่มกำลัง ของฝ่ายกัมพูชา
⚫️ เมื่อวันที่ 30 ก.ค.68 ฝ่ายกัมพูชา โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ช่วยทูตฝ่ายกัมพูชานำผู้ช่วยทูตทหารต่างประเทศและสื่อมวลชนเดินทาง มายังจุดผ่อนปรนทางการค้าช่องอานม้า อ.น้ำยืน จ.อุบลราชธานี โดย รองผู้บัญชาการกองกำลังสุรนารีร่วมสังเกตการณ์ ซึ่งการนำผู้ช่วยทูตทหารต่างประเทศเดินทางยังพื้นที่อันตรายโดยไม่บอก ถือมีความเสี่ยงเป็นอย่างมาก
🔺 เวลา 10.00 น. มีแถลงการณ์จากกองทัพบก เรื่องการละเมิดข้อตกลงหยุดยิงโดยกองทัพกัมพูชา จากข้อตกลงร่วมกันในการหยุดยิง ตั้งแต่เวลา 24.00 น.วันที่ 28 ก.ค.68 กองทัพบกปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงอย่างเคร่งครัด โดยได้ระงับการใช้กำลังทุกรูปแบบ เพื่อให้เกิดสันติภาพทั้ง 2 ประเทศ แต่พบว่าฝ่ายกัมพูชาโด้กระทำละเมิดข้อตกลงในวันที่ 29-30 ก.ค.68 ในพื้นที่ดังต่อไปนี้
- ช่องคานม้า จ.ศรีสะเกษ วันที่ 29 ก.ค. 2568 เวลา 21.30 น. ฝ่ายกัมพูชาใช้ปืนเล็กยิงใส่แนวกำลังไทย เป็นเหตุให้เกิดการปะทะจนถึง 22.00 น.
- เขาพระวิหาร - ภูมะเขือ/ห้วยตามาเรีย จ.ศรีสะเกษ
วันที่ 29 ก.ค.ตั้งแต่ 22.00 น. ฝ่ายกัมพูชาใช้ปืนเล็ก เครื่องยิงลูกระเบิด ยิงอย่างต่อเนื่องไทยได้ตอบโต้ ตามหลักสากลเพื่อป้องกันตนเองการยิงดำเนินต่อเนื่องจนถึงเช้าวันที่ 30 ก.ค.68
- ผามออีแดง จ.ศรีสะเกษ
วันที่ 30 ก.ค. 68 เวลา 05.17 น. ตรวจพบการยิง เครื่องยิงลูกระเบิดจากฝั่งกัมพูชาข้ามแดนเข้าไทยอย่างชัดเจน
โดยกองทัพบกได้ประณามต่อการกระทำ ที่ไร้ความรับผิดชอบของกัมพูชาอย่างถึงที่สุด และยืนยันว่าฝ่ายไทยใช้หลัก สันติภาพ ความอดกลั้น และมนุษยธรรม หากมีการละเมิดต่อเนื่อง ไทยจะดำเนินตามขั้นตอนที่เหมาะสมอย่างเด็ดขาด

🔷️สุรินทร์: 54,754 คน
🔷️บุรีรัมย์: 15,039 คน

โดย จิตอาสาพระราชทานใน 4 จังหวัดหลัก ได้แก่

รด.จิตอาสา: 222 นาย
กองทัพไทยขอแสดงความเสียใจอย่างสุดซึ้งต่อครอบครัวผู้เสียชีวิตและผู้ได้รับผลกระทบจากการที่ฝ่ายกัมพูชารุกล้ำอธิปไตยของไทย พร้อมทั้งขอประณามการใช้อาวุธโจมตีโดยไม่เลือกเป้าหมาย ซึ่งเป็นการกระทำที่ละเมิดกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศและหลักมนุษยธรรมขั้นพื้นฐาน
กองทัพไทยขอยืนยันว่าจะปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้วยความเข้มแข็งและเสียสละ เพื่อปกป้องอธิปไตยของชาติและความปลอดภัยของประชาชนชาวไทยอย่างถึงที่สุด

Incident Report on the Thai-Cambodian Border Clash

According to the report from the 2nd Army Area Operations Center, the situation along the Thai-Cambodian border is summarized as follows:
🔹Situation Overview: Despite the ceasefire agreement reached on the night of 29 July 2025, Cambodian forces continued hostile actions in four areas:
⚫️ Chong Kanma and Phu Makua Area, Si Sa Ket Province: Detected Cambodian troop reinforcements and drone reconnaissance flights. Small-arms fire engagement occurred during late-night hours.
⚫️ Pha Mo E-Daeng, Si Sa Ket Province: Cambodian forces employed indirect fire (100-mm mortars) against a Thai position. No casualties reported, no retaliatory fire.
⚫️ Ta Muen Thom–Ta Kwai Temples, Surin Province: Detected increased Cambodian troop movements.
⚫️ On 30 July 2025, Cambodian Defense Attaché officials brought Foreign Defence and Military Attachés as well as media to the Chong Ahn Ma Check Point for Border Trade, Nam Yuen District, Ubon Ratchathani Province without prior notification. The visit to this high-risk area posed serious safety concerns.
🔺 At 10.00 hrs, the Royal Thai Army issued a statement condemning Cambodia’s repeated violations of the ceasefire agreement, which has been in effect since 24.00 hrs of 28 July 2025. Despite Thailand’s strict compliance and suspension of all military actions in good faith, Cambodian forces violated the agreement as follows:
- Chong Kanma, Si Sa Ket Province: 29 July 2025, 21.30–22.00 hrs – Cambodian troops opened fire with small arms against Thai forces, resulting in an exchange of fire.
- Phra Viharn-Phu Makua/Huay Ta Maria, Si Sa Ket Province: From 22.00 hrs, 29 July 2025 through the morning of 30 July 2025, Cambodian troops repeatedly used small arms and gr***de launchers against Thai positions. Thai forces responded in self-defense, in accordance with international law.
- Pha Mo E-Daeng, Si Sa Ket Province: 30 July 2025, 05.17 hrs – Detected multiple mortar rounds fired from Cambodian territory into Thai territory.
The Royal Thai Army condemns these reckless and irresponsible actions by Cambodian forces and reaffirms Thailand’s adherence to peace, restraint, and humanitarian principles. Should violations persist, Thailand will take appropriate and decisive measures.

A total of personnel deployed includes:
• Royal Volunteers 904: 129 personnel

The Royal Thai Armed Forces express deepest condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and to those affected by Cambodia’s violation of Thai sovereignty.
Thailand condemns the use of indiscriminate attacks, which constitutes a breach of international law and fundamental humanitarian principles.
The Royal Thai Armed Forces affirm their commitment to carry out duties with strength and sacrifice in order to protect the sovereignty of the nation and the safety of the Thai people to the fullest extent.
