รองนายกรัฐมนตรีเปิดศูนย์อำนวยการบริหารจัดการน้ำส่วนหน้าในลุ่มน้ำโขง เดินหน้ายกระดับมาตรการป้องกันอุทกภัย ลดความเสี่ยงต่อชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของประชาชน

เมื่อวันอาทิตย์ที่ 13 กรกฎาคม 2568 เวลา 09.30 น. นายประเสริฐ จันทรรวงทอง รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม ลงพื้นที่จังหวัดหนองคาย เพื่อเป็นประธานเปิด ศูนย์อำนวยการบริหารจัดการน้ำส่วนหน้า (ชั่วคราว) ในพื้นที่เสี่ยงอุทกภัย ลุ่มน้ำโขงตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยมีนายสมภพ สมิตะสิริ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดหนองคาย พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารระดับสูงทั้งจากจังหวัดหนองคาย อุดรธานี เลย และบึงกาฬ ร่วมให้การต้อนรับอย่างพร้อมเพรียง

ภารกิจสำคัญครั้งนี้ มุ่งเน้นการบูรณาการทุกหน่วยงานเพื่อเฝ้าระวังสถานการณ์น้ำอย่างต่อเนื่องและจัดเตรียมมาตรการเชิงรุก ครอบคลุม 3 พื้นที่เสี่ยงสำคัญ ได้แก่ บริเวณพระธาตุหล้าหนอง ประตูระบายน้ำห้วยวังฮู และเทศบาลเมืองท่าบ่อ

4 ข้อสั่งการสำคัญเพื่อคุ้มครองชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของประชาชน ได้แก่:
1️⃣ บูรณาการข้อมูลผ่านศูนย์อำนวยการฯ เผยแพร่สถานการณ์น้ำอย่างใกล้ชิด พร้อมประสานงานกับ สปป.ลาว
2️⃣ เร่งจัดทำแผนที่ภูมิประเทศความละเอียดสูงเพื่อประเมินความเสี่ยงน้ำล้นตลิ่ง
3️⃣ แก้ไขสิ่งกีดขวางทางน้ำ เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการระบายน้ำ
4️⃣ ใช้ระบบแจ้งเตือนภัย (Cell Broadcast) และทุกช่องทางสื่อสาร เพื่อให้ประชาชนได้รับข้อมูลทันสถานการณ์

รองนายกรัฐมนตรีเน้นย้ำว่า รัฐบาลพร้อมสนับสนุนทรัพยากรและบุคลากรเต็มกำลัง ทั้งเรือ เครื่องสูบน้ำ และชุดปฐมพยาบาล รวมถึงการเตรียมศูนย์พักพิงรองรับผู้ประสบภัย เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่า “ไม่มีใครถูกทิ้งไว้ข้างหลัง” โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มเปราะบาง

การลงพื้นที่ในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนความมุ่งมั่นของรัฐบาลในการปฏิบัติงานเชิงรุก สร้างความเชื่อมั่นแก่พี่น้องประชาชนว่าทุกชีวิตจะได้รับการดูแลอย่างดีที่สุด ภายใต้ความร่วมมือของทุกภาคส่วนเพื่อบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนและป้องกันการสูญเสีย

Deputy Prime Minister Opens the Forward Water Management Command Center in the Mekong Basin, Strengthening Flood Prevention Measures to Protect Lives and Property

On Sunday, July 13, 2025, at 09:30 AM, Mr. Prasert Chanthararuangthong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Economy and Society, presided over the opening ceremony of the Temporary Forward Water Management Command Center in Nong Khai Province, targeting flood-risk areas in the Northeastern Mekong River Basin. The event was attended by Mr. Somphop Samitasiri, Governor of Nong Khai, along with senior officials from Nong Khai, Udon Thani, Loei, and Bueng Kan provinces.

This mission emphasizes close inter-agency collaboration to monitor water situations in real-time and proactively prepare across three major flood-prone locations: Phra That La Nong, Huai Wang Hu Floodgate, and Tha Bo Municipality.

Four Key Directives to Safeguard Lives and Property:
1️⃣ Integrate and disseminate data via the Forward Command Center, maintaining coordination with Lao PDR authorities
2️⃣ Accelerate the creation of high-resolution topographic maps to assess overflow risk areas
3️⃣ Remove obstacles and improve drainage efficiency
4️⃣ Utilize emergency alert systems (Cell Broadcast) and all communication channels to ensure timely, accurate public information

The Deputy Prime Minister stressed that the government is fully prepared to deploy resources and personnel—including boats, water pumps, and first aid kits—and set up temporary shelters as needed. He reassured citizens that “no one will be left behind,” with special attention given to vulnerable groups.

This field operation demonstrates the government’s proactive commitment to instill confidence among communities that every life will be protected through unified, coordinated action to alleviate hardship and prevent loss.

หมอหมู่บ้านในพระราชประสงค์” จุดประกายสุขภาพหัวใจชุมชน บ้านสระใคร รวมพลังยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิต ตามรอยพระราชดำริ

เมื่อวันที่ 8 กรกฎาคม 2568 เวลา 09.00 น. ณ ศาลาประชาคมบ้านสระใคร หมู่ที่ 3 ตำบลสระใคร อำเภอสระใคร จังหวัดหนองคาย
บรรยากาศเช้านั้นเต็มไปด้วยความคึกคักและความปลื้มปีติของชาวบ้านที่มารวมตัวกันภายใต้โครงการอันทรงคุณค่า “หมอหมู่บ้านในพระราชประสงค์” อันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริของ สมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี

โดยมี นายสมนึก รัตนะคุณ นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสระใคร ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดโครงการ ซึ่งจัดขึ้นตามแนวทางโครงการพระราชดำริด้านสาธารณสุข ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568

“Village Doctor Under Royal Initiative” Ignites Community Health Spirit as Ban Sakrai Unites to Uplift Well-being Inspired by Royal Vision

On July 8, 2025, from 9:00 AM onward, the Ban Sakrai Village Community Hall in Village No.3, Sakrai Subdistrict, Sakrai District, Nong Khai Province, was alive with anticipation and heartfelt pride as villagers gathered under the esteemed “Village Doctor Under Royal Initiative” project, graciously inspired by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.

Mr. Somnuk Rattanakun, President of the Sakrai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, presided over the opening ceremony of this vital project, implemented under the Royal Health Initiative guidelines for Fiscal Year 2025.

The event was infused with warm smiles and an atmosphere of solidarity, as the Sakrai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sakrai Hospital, community leaders, and village health volunteers stood side by side to carry forward the royal aspiration: building strong, grassroots healthcare systems that empower people in every household.

This project not only broadens access to essential health services but also reflects the “great heart” of a community determined to nurture sustainable well-being and uplift lives.

พลังแห่งหัวใจสีทอง: จิตอาสาบ้านสระใคร ร่วมกันเปลี่ยนหมู่บ้านให้สวยสะอาด ดั่งความทรงจำที่ไม่มีวันเลือน

เมื่อแสงเช้าของวันที่ 6 กรกฎาคม 2568 เริ่มส่องผ่านหลังคาเรือน บ้านสระใคร หมู่ที่ 3 ตำบลสระใคร อำเภอสระใคร จังหวัดหนองคาย ก็กลับมามีชีวิตชีวาอีกครั้ง ไม่ใช่เพราะเสียงรถหรือตลาดที่คึกคัก แต่เพราะหัวใจของผู้คนที่พร้อมใจกันออกมาทำในสิ่งที่ยิ่งใหญ่—การลงมือดูแลบ้านเกิดด้วยมือและหัวใจของตนเอง

โดยได้รับการ มอบหมายจากนางสาวภัทราภรณ์ แนวศิริ นายอำเภอสระใคร ในฐานะผู้อำนวยการศูนย์อำนวยการจิตอาสาพระราชทานอำเภอสระใคร ให้ทีมจิตอาสาและผู้นำชุมชนดำเนินกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ นางสาวจุฑามาส สาสีรัตน์ ผู้ใหญ่บ้านหมู่ 3 พร้อมผู้ช่วยผู้ใหญ่บ้าน คณะกรรมการหมู่บ้าน อสม. และประชาชนจิตอาสาพระราชทาน ต่างร่วมกันหยิบจับอุปกรณ์ตัดหญ้า กวาดเศษใบไม้ แต่งแต้มความสะอาดให้ทุกมุมของหมู่บ้าน

กิจกรรมที่ดูเรียบง่ายสำหรับบางคน แต่สำหรับที่นี่ มันคือ “พิธีกรรมแห่งความผูกพัน” ที่ร้อยเรียงหัวใจของคนต่างวัย ต่างบทบาท ให้กลายเป็นพลังเดียวกัน บางคนอาจเคยจากบ้านไปทำงานไกล เมื่อเห็นภาพเช่นนี้ อาจหวนนึกถึงความทรงจำวัยเยาว์—เสียงหัวเราะในซอยเล็ก ๆ กลิ่นข้าวสุกในครัว และความอบอุ่นที่มีแค่ “บ้าน” เท่านั้นที่ให้ได้

ผลลัพธ์ของวันนั้นไม่ใช่แค่ถนนที่สะอาดตา หรือหญ้าที่เรียบเตียน แต่คือความภาคภูมิใจที่ล้นในหัวใจทุกคน ทุกคนคือ “ฮีโร่” ของชุมชน ที่ได้พิสูจน์ว่า หากเราทำด้วยหัวใจ ความเปลี่ยนแปลงจะเกิดขึ้นจริง—สวยงาม อ่อนโยน และทรงพลัง

The Golden Hearts: Ban Sakrai Volunteers Unite to Renew Their Beloved Village and Awaken Timeless Memories

As dawn broke on July 6, 2025, the quiet corners of Ban Sakrai Village No.3 in Sakrai Subdistrict, Sakrai District, Nong Khai Province, were filled with life once more. It wasn’t the sound of traffic or the morning market that stirred the air, but something far more profound—the beating hearts of people coming together to care for the place they call home.

This activity was assigned by Ms. Pattharaporn Naewsiri, District Chief of Sakrai and Director of the Sakrai District Volunteer Spirit Center, who entrusted the community leaders and volunteers with carrying out this mission. Under the gentle shade of trees and the fresh scent of newly-cut grass, Ms. Juthamas Saseerat, the Village Head, together with deputy village heads, village committee members, health volunteers, and local citizens, worked side by side, transforming every corner of the village into a cleaner, more welcoming space.

For some, this might have seemed like a simple task. But here, it was a ceremony of connection—a way to weave together generations and backgrounds into one united force. For those who have left home to work far away, seeing these images may stir memories of childhood laughter echoing down familiar lanes, the comforting aroma of rice cooking in the kitchen, and the warmth that only “home” can bring.

The outcome wasn’t only clean roads and trimmed grass. It was the deep pride glowing in everyone’s hearts. Each person became a hero—a living proof that when we act with heart, transformation happens: beautiful, gentle, and powerful.

Today, Ban Sakrai didn’t just change its landscape. It changed the way people feel, inspiring everyone to remember that “home will always be a part of who we are.”

🌧️ หนองคายเดินหน้ารับมือฝนตกหนัก น้ำท่วมฉับพลันระดับวิกฤติ

จังหวัดหนองคายยกระดับการเตรียมความพร้อมเต็มพิกัด หลังสำนักงานทรัพยากรน้ำแห่งชาติ (สทนช.) ประเมินสถานการณ์ฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากที่อาจเกิดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 6–12 กรกฎาคม 2568 โดยคาดการณ์ว่าพื้นที่หลายแห่ง รวมถึงอำเภอเมืองหนองคาย อำเภอโพนพิสัย และอำเภอรัตนวาปี มีความเสี่ยงสูงต่ออุทกภัยเฉียบพลัน น้ำป่าไหลหลาก ดินโคลนถล่ม และน้ำท่วมขังในเขตชุมชนเศรษฐกิจสำคัญ

นายสมภพ สมิตะสิริ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดหนองคาย และผู้อำนวยการกองอำนวยการป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยจังหวัดหนองคาย ได้สั่งการแจ้งเตือนทุกหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องให้เตรียมพร้อมกำลังคน อุปกรณ์ และระบบสื่อสารตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ขณะเดียวกัน ระดับน้ำในแม่น้ำโขงแม้จะเริ่มลดลง โดยล่าสุดอยู่ที่ 6.53 เมตร ต่ำกว่าระดับวิกฤต 5.67 เมตร แต่ยังคงต้องเฝ้าระวังอย่างใกล้ชิดเนื่องจากน้ำไหลเชี่ยวและฝนยังตกต่อเนื่อง องค์พระธาตุกลางน้ำถูกน้ำท่วมมิดจนมองไม่เห็น เหลือเพียงระลอกคลื่นที่บอกให้รู้ว่าศาสนสถานเก่าแก่นี้ยังคงตั้งอยู่ใต้สายน้ำ

ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองหนองคายได้เร่งปฏิบัติการขุดลอกท่อระบายน้ำ ดูดดินโคลน ติดตั้งเครื่องสูบน้ำกำลังสูงที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย เขต 14 จังหวัดอุดรธานี รวมกว่า 10 จุดสำคัญ เช่น บริเวณถนนประจักษ์ศิลปาคม หน้าเทศบาลเมืองและธนาคารกรุงศรีอยุธยา ตลอดจนลำห้วยสะพานทอง เพื่อระบายและพร่องน้ำได้ทันทีหากฝนตกหนักต่อเนื่อง

เจ้าหน้าที่ได้ติดตั้งเครื่องสูบน้ำไฟฟ้าขนาดใหญ่เพิ่มอีก 2 เครื่องประจำประตูระบายน้ำชุมชนวัดธาตุ เพื่อรองรับสถานการณ์หากต้องปิดประตูระบายน้ำจากระดับน้ำโขงที่เพิ่มสูง ขณะนี้ยังสามารถเปิดประตูระบายน้ำได้ครบทุกบาน ระดับน้ำโขงยังต่ำกว่าตลิ่งประมาณ 6 เมตร แต่ทางจังหวัดได้ย้ำเตือนประชาชนให้ติดตามข่าวสารอย่างใกล้ชิด สวมเสื้อชูชีพเมื่อลงเรือ และเตรียมพร้อมเคลื่อนย้ายสิ่งของจำเป็นขึ้นที่สูงทันทีที่มีประกาศเตือนฉุกเฉิน

จังหวัดหนองคายเฝ้าระวังทุกความเคลื่อนไหวของสภาพอากาศและแม่น้ำโขง เพื่อปกป้องชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของประชาชนอย่างถึงที่สุด

🌧️ Nong Khai Ramps Up Preparations to Tackle Torrential Rains and Flash Floods

Nong Khai Province has moved into full readiness mode after the National Water Resources Office (NWRO) forecasted heavy to very heavy rainfall between July 6–12, 2025. Authorities expect several areas, including Mueang Nong Khai, Phon Phisai, and Rattanawapi Districts, to face high risks of sudden flooding, flash floods, landslides, and waterlogging in key urban and economic zones.

Mr. Somphop Samitasiri, Governor of Nong Khai and Director of the Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Command Center, has instructed all relevant agencies to remain on high alert around the clock, deploying personnel, equipment, and communication systems. Although the Mekong River level has started to recede—currently measured at 6.53 meters, still 5.67 meters below the critical threshold—authorities are maintaining vigilant monitoring as strong currents persist and rainfall continues. The iconic mid-river Phra That stupa has now been fully submerged, with only rippling waves hinting at the sacred monument beneath the water.

In Mueang Nong Khai Municipality, crews have accelerated dredging and cleaning of drainage canals, installed high-capacity water pumps provided by Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center Region 14 (Udon Thani), and reinforced more than 10 critical points—including Prajak Silpakom Road in front of City Hall, Krungsri Bank, and Lam Huai Saphan Thong canal—to ensure immediate runoff during intense downpours.

Officials have also deployed two additional electric pumps at Wat That community’s floodgate to handle scenarios requiring the gates to be closed as the Mekong rises. While all floodgates are currently open and river levels remain nearly six meters below the embankment, provincial authorities are urging residents to stay updated on official advisories, wear life jackets when boating, and prepare to move essential belongings to higher ground at short notice.

Nong Khai Province continues to monitor every development in weather patterns and the Mekong River to safeguard lives and property with the utmost determination.

หนองคาย พิธีมอบกายอุปกรณ์ช่วยเหลือคนพิการ เฉลิมพระเกียรติในหลวง รัชกาลที่ 10

จังหวัดหนองคายจัดพิธีมอบกายอุปกรณ์ ประเภทรถเข็นนั่งวีลแชร์ (Wheelchair) จำนวน 79 คัน ตามโครงการจัดหากายอุปกรณ์ 72,000 ชุด เฉลิมพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว เนื่องในโอกาสพระราชพิธีมหามงคลเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 6 รอบ 28 กรกฎาคม 2567 โดยพิธีจัดขึ้นเมื่อบ่ายวันที่ 7 กรกฎาคม 2568 ณ ศูนย์พัฒนาศักยภาพและอาชีพคนพิการจังหวัดหนองคาย อำเภอเมืองหนองคาย จังหวัดหนองคาย

นายสมภพ สมิตะสิริ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดหนองคาย เป็นประธานในพิธี โดยมีนางบุปผา ทัพกฤษณ์ พัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัดหนองคาย กล่าวรายงาน พร้อมด้วยนางอ้อมขวัญ คงทัน ที่ปรึกษานายกเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดหนองคาย นางชุติมา ช่างเหล็ก รองประธานแม่บ้านมหาดไทยจังหวัดหนองคาย หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ผู้แทนองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม

โครงการนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของพันธกิจสำคัญของกระทรวงการพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ โดยกรมส่งเสริมและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการ จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อถวายเป็นพระราชกุศลและเฉลิมพระเกียรติในหลวงรัชกาลที่ 10 จังหวัดหนองคายได้สำรวจความต้องการกายอุปกรณ์ พบว่ามีผู้พิการที่จำเป็นต้องได้รับทั้งหมด 647 ราย ในปีงบประมาณ 2567 ที่ผ่านมาได้รับการจัดสรรมาแล้วรวม 256 คัน และมอบไปครบถ้วน

ปีงบประมาณ 2568 จัดสรรมาแล้วสองครั้ง ครั้งแรกเมื่อเดือนพฤษภาคม 2568 จำนวน 17 คัน ครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งที่สอง จำนวน 101 คัน หลังการตรวจสอบ พบว่ามีผู้มีสิทธิ์รับจริง 79 ราย ส่วนอีก 22 รายไม่สามารถรับได้ เนื่องจากเสียชีวิต 14 ราย ไม่ใช่คนพิการ 7 ราย และมีทะเบียนบ้านนอกพื้นที่อีก 1 ราย ซึ่งกายอุปกรณ์ส่วนที่เหลือจะมอบต่อให้คนพิการรายใหม่ภายในเดือนกรกฎาคมนี้

โครงการนี้สะท้อนความมุ่งมั่นของภาครัฐในการสร้างคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นและส่งต่อโอกาสอย่างเท่าเทียมให้กับคนพิการทั่วประเทศ

Nong Khai Province held a ceremony to distribute 79 wheelchairs under a project providing 72,000 assistive devices nationwide to commemorate His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn’s auspicious 6th cycle birthday anniversary on July 28, 2024.

The event took place in the afternoon of July 7, 2025, at the Center for Disability Capacity Development and Occupational Promotion in Mueang Nong Khai District. Mr. Somphop Samitasiri, Governor of Nong Khai Province, presided over the ceremony.

Ms. Buppha Thapkrin, Director of Social Development and Human Security in Nong Khai, delivered the project report. Also in attendance were Ms. Aomkwan Kongthan, Advisor to the President of the Nong Khai Red Cross Chapter, Ms. Chutima Changlek, Deputy President of the Nong Khai Provincial Housewives Association, heads of government departments, local administrative organizations, and related agencies.

The project is part of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security’s mission, implemented by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, to honor the King through practical support to improve quality of life.

In a needs assessment, Nong Khai Province identified 647 individuals requiring such devices. In FY2024, the province received allocations totaling 256 wheelchairs, all of which have been distributed.

For FY2025, two allocations have been made: 17 wheelchairs distributed in May 2025, and 101 in this round. After verification, 79 recipients qualified. Twenty-two could not receive devices due to 14 having passed away, 7 found ineligible, and 1 residing outside the province. These remaining devices will be reallocated to new eligible recipients by the end of July.

This project underscores the government’s commitment to inclusivity, dignity, and equal opportunity for people with disabilities across Thailand.

ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดหนองคาย นำทีมหน่วยงานความมั่นคงและสาธารณสุข ร่วมหารือเร่งรัดบำบัดและปราบปรามยาเสพติด ย้ำความเข้มข้นทุกมิติการแก้ปัญหา

เมื่อวันที่ 7 กรกฎาคม 2568 นายสมภพ สมิตะสิริ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดหนองคาย เป็นประธานการประชุมศูนย์ปฏิบัติการติดตามเร่งรัดการบำบัดรักษา ฟื้นฟูสภาพทางสังคม ป้องกัน และปราบปรามยาเสพติด ครั้งที่ 10/2568 ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ โดยมี พลตำรวจโท ภาณุรัตน์ หลักบุญ เลขาธิการคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติด (ป.ป.ส.) เป็นประธานหลัก พร้อมด้วยคณะกรรมการและคณะอนุกรรมการจากส่วนกลาง หน่วยงานที่เข้าร่วมประกอบด้วย ผู้แทนผู้บังคับการตำรวจภูธรจังหวัด ผู้แทนนายแพทย์สาธารณสุขจังหวัด ปลัดจังหวัดหนองคาย และผู้แทน รอง ผอ.รมน.จ.หนองคาย รวมทั้งคณะกรรมการศูนย์อำนวยการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติดจังหวัดหนองคาย (ศอ.ปส.จ.นค.)

ที่ประชุมได้ติดตามผลการดำเนินงานสำคัญหลายมิติ ทั้งด้านปราบปราม ได้แก่ การจับกุมผู้ต้องหาคดีร้ายแรง การยึดอายัดทรัพย์สินคดียาเสพติด การดำเนินการต่อเครือข่ายรายสำคัญและเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ รวมถึงปฏิบัติการ SEAL STOP SAFE ปราบปรามยาเสพติดแนวชายแดน 51 อำเภอ การแจ้งข้อหาสมคบ สนับสนุน ช่วยเหลือในคดีสำคัญ ส่วนด้านการแก้ไขปัญหา ได้มีรายงานการนำผู้เสพและผู้ติดที่มีปัญหาสุขภาพจิตเข้ากระบวนการบำบัด การดูแลฟื้นฟูผู้เข้ารับการบำบัดของศูนย์ฟื้นฟูทางสังคม ตลอดจนการดำเนินการเชิงป้องกันกับกลุ่มเสี่ยง การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน และผลการใช้จ่ายงบประมาณสนับสนุนจาก ป.ป.ส. นอกจากนี้ยังได้หารือแนวทางการฟื้นฟูหมู่บ้านและชุมชนกองทุนแม่ของแผ่นดินที่มีปัญหายาเสพติด รวมถึงตัวอย่างการปฏิบัติงานที่เป็นแบบอย่างทั่วประเทศ

หลังเสร็จสิ้นการประชุมระดับชาติ นายสมภพ สมิตะสิริ ได้เป็นประธานการประชุมติดตามเร่งรัดฯ ระดับจังหวัดหนองคาย ครั้งที่ 11/2568 ณ ห้องประชุมพระใส เพื่อตรวจสอบความก้าวหน้าของแผนปฏิบัติการในพื้นที่ ทั้งสถานการณ์ยาเสพติด ผลงานปราบปราม การบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ติดยาเสพติด รวมถึงความร่วมมือจากเครือข่ายภาคประชาชนกองทุนแม่ของแผ่นดิน

Nong Khai Governor Leads Multi-Agency Meeting to Accelerate Drug Treatment, Rehabilitation, Prevention, and Suppression—Emphasizing Comprehensive Solutions

On July 7, 2025, Mr. Somphop Samitasiri, Governor of Nong Khai Province, chaired the 10th Meeting of the Operations Center for Accelerating Drug Treatment, Social Rehabilitation, Prevention, and Suppression via an online platform. The session was presided over by Pol. Lt. Gen. Panurat Lakboon, Secretary-General of the Narcotics Control Board (ONCB), joined by the central board and subcommittees. Participating agencies included representatives from the Provincial Police Commander, the Provincial Public Health Office, the Nong Khai Provincial Clerk, representatives of the Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC), and the Provincial Narcotics Prevention and Suppression Operations Center Committee.

The meeting reviewed key achievements in multiple dimensions: enforcement efforts such as major arrests, asset seizures in drug cases, actions against key syndicates and complicit officials, and the SEAL STOP SAFE operation spanning 51 border districts. The session also examined the percentage of suspects charged with conspiracy and assistance offenses. In the rehabilitation dimension, reports were shared on the integration of drug users and addicts with mental health complications into treatment processes and social rehabilitation centers. Prevention strategies included targeted interventions with high-risk groups, community engagement, and budget utilization supported by ONCB. Additionally, the meeting discussed village and community rehabilitation approaches under the Mother of the Land Fund, along with best practice examples nationwide.

Following the national-level session, Governor Somphop Samitasiri chaired the 11th provincial meeting at Phra Sai Conference Room, assessing local progress on action plans: the drug situation in Nong Khai, enforcement achievements, treatment and rehabilitation results, and the role of community networks under the Mother of the Land Fund.

The Governor underscored the urgency of executing all measures thoroughly in alignment with targets and emphasized the importance of complete, accurate, and up-to-date reporting to build a sustainable, systematic response to drug-related challenges.

On Saturday, July 5, 2025, at 10:45 AM, Nong Khai Province organized a charity golf tournament as part of the commemorative event “Under the Royal Benevolence: The Nong Khai Suppression of Haw Monument Celebration.” The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Jamrak Kanphet, Deputy Governor of Nong Khai Province, accompanied by Mr. Paitoon Mahachuenjai, also Deputy Governor. Mr. Prateep Uaycharoen, Chief of Nong Khai Provincial Office, delivered a report outlining the objectives of the event.

The tournament aimed to promote athletic skill development while strengthening goodwill and cooperation among government agencies, state enterprises, private sector organizations, and the general public. Additionally, it served as a fundraising platform to support charitable activities and public welfare projects throughout Nong Khai Province.

A total of 27 teams participated in the event, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie, collaboration, and a shared commitment to community development. In the evening, an award ceremony was held to honor the winning teams, presided over by Mr. Somphop Samitasiri, Governor of Nong Khai, at the Victory Park Golf & Country Club in Mueang District, Nong Khai Province.

Nong Khai Provincial Public Relations Office Hosts 8th Media Relations Event 2025

On July 2, 2025, the atmosphere at the Large-Scale Fruit Orchard under the Royal Initiative Project at Huai Thon Upper Reservoir, Dan Si Suk Subdistrict, Pho Tak District, Nong Khai Province, was vibrant with collaboration and purpose during the 8th Media Relations Event of 2025. The event was organized by the Nong Khai Provincial Public Relations Office as part of the “Nong Khai – The City of Tourism” campaign, aiming to strengthen communication networks, promote tourism, and disseminate constructive information to the public.

Mr. Somphop Samitasiri, Governor of Nong Khai, assigned Ms. Pranee Wongbut, Deputy Governor, to preside over the event. More than 80 participants, including heads of provincial government agencies, the Pho Tak District Chief, local administrators, and media representatives, attended the occasion.

Highlights included a guided tour of Mr. Charee Sriwanna’s pioneering integrated fruit orchard and insightful presentations from various government units: water management strategies for the rainy season by the Nong Khai Irrigation Project Office, tourism promotion initiatives in Pho Tak District, development plans for the large-scale fruit plots, and disaster prevention and mitigation plans prepared for emergencies.

The Deputy Governor also presented a summary of the province’s operational progress in June and announced key activities in July, such as the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking on June 26, the Royal Ceremony commemorating the birthday of Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Walailak, and the birthday of His Majesty the King.

After the formal proceedings, the delegation toured the orchard, exchanged knowledge, and shared a lunch in an atmosphere of camaraderie and shared commitment to sustainable local economic development.
