Our visit to the Long Establishment Mango and Sticky Rice Cafe at Mea Sai Thong https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100063545411666 was truly a memorable experience. Transitioning from Pattaya’s vibrant street food scene to this modern mango-themed cafe offered a delightful contrast that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The highlight was undoubtedly the sticky rice—cooked to perfection with an aromatic coconut scent that instantly evoked comfort. The rice was soft, melt-in-the-mouth tender, and paired beautifully with sweet, ripe mango slices, creating a classic yet exquisite flavor combination.

For dessert, I tried the malty chocolate fondue served alongside mango ice cream and fresh mango slices. The rich, smooth chocolate complemented the natural sweetness of the mango, making for a decadent treat. All the drinks, especially those infused with mango, were refreshingly delicious and perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up. The newly opened branch of Nitan Coffee Tale at the New Community Mall in Pattaya, NITAN Nakluea and it was an exceptional experience. The ambiance of the cafe instantly transports you into a themed world inspired by the great dragon tale, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. Upon entering, the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee and baked cakes immediately greeted us, setting the perfect tone for a delightful visit.

The menu at Nitan Coffee Tale is impressively diverse, blending modern Thai flavors with authentic twists and a touch of Italian cuisine. It offers an all-day breakfast and lunch selection that caters to various cravings. We started our meal with the fresh prawn salads, which were vibrant and refreshing—an excellent way to awaken the palate.

For breakfast, the dishes were cooked to perfection, showcasing skillful preparation and attention to detail. One standout was the pasta with Thai-style salted fish—a creative fusion that beautifully combines Asian and Western flavors, offering a memorable culinary experience.

The East Of Siam recently had the pleasure of attending the Transgender Women Show at Tiffany’s in Pattaya Tiffany's Show Pattaya, a renowned cabaret performance featuring elaborate costumes, stunning sets, and talented performers. The show typically lasts between one and a half to two hours, and I can honestly say it was absolutely fantastic! The production was a true feast for the senses, with dazzling lighting displays and captivating sound effects that perfectly complemented the incredible stage design. The performers were exceptionally talented, displaying their skills with confidence and flair. Every moment was brimming with energy and artistry, making it a truly memorable experience.
