From the moment we stepped into Rancho Argentinian Grill & Steakhouse, we knew we were in for a treat. The warm and inviting atmosphere, coupled with the passion that emanates from every corner, immediately made us feel relaxed.

Chef Michael’s extensive experience, having built and managed six successful Argentinian grill restaurants from Argentina to the Netherlands and then to Australia in 2009, is evident in the way the dishes are crafted with precision and passion. It’s clear that at Rancho, tradition and flavour are preserved with the utmost care.

The menu is a carnivore’s dream—carefully selected cuts of meat, expertly grilled over traditional charcoal, offering deep smoky flavours and tender, juicy textures with every bite. We tried the Grand Parrillada de Luxe for two people. The table grill featured sirloin skewer, chicken fillet, chorizo, BBQ lamb chop, pork ribs, king prawn skewers, and corn on the cob, served with chimichurri sauce, salad, and fries. The grilling method not only enhances the taste but also keeps the meat healthy and wholesome—truly a mark of their dedication to quality. Additionally, the extensive Thai menu offered authentic flavours prepared by the talented local chef, creating a delightful cross-cultural culinary experience and a great variety of options.

What sets this place apart is the team’s genuine hospitality. Chef Michael’s leadership ensures every dish is perfect, while Alan Zan, the friendly guest relations host, makes sure each guest feels welcomed. The lively grill adds an interactive and exciting element to the meal, showcasing the skill and passion of trained grill chefs who bring the fire and flair to your plate. The addition of beautifully presented dishes further enhances the experience.

During our recent visit to Oktober Biergarten in Naklua, Pattaya, from the moment we stepped into the open-air space, the inviting atmosphere immediately put us at ease. The gentle breeze, the sounds of nearby street activity, and the cozy ambiance made it a perfect place to relax with friends and family.

For our meals, we started off by trying a variety of dishes: the Sunny Rosti was crispy and flavorful; the grilled salad had fresh, smoky, charred vegetables; and the grilled salmon fillet with mango salad offered a sweet and savory combination that was simply delightful. The carbonara pizza was generously topped and crispy, while the pork chop was tender with a savory glaze that left us wanting more. Each plate was thoughtfully prepared and tasted authentic, giving us a real taste of German and international cuisines.

The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure our glasses were always filled and that we were comfortable. We also enjoyed watching the big-screen TVs broadcasting a live football match, which added a fun, energetic element to our experience.

To round off our meal, we sipped a rich, aromatic coffee, which perfectly suited our relaxed yet lively afternoon. The variety of drinks and the cheerful environment made our visit memorable.

Oktober Biergarten is a great spot whether you're out with friends, family, or looking for a laid-back place to unwind after a day of exploring. Our team from East of Siam recently enjoyed an unexpected and memorable dinner experience at Sirin Exclusive Hotel & Residence, nestled in the heart of Thamnak Hill Soi 5. This luxury residence boasts a stunning 360-degree panoramic sea view from its rooftop, setting the perfect backdrop for an evening of relaxation and gourmet delights.

We started our evening at the ground floor 338 Bar & Bistro, indulging in their creative cocktails. The drinks were truly refreshing, with a perfect balance of quality spirits and innovative mixing that left us impressed.

Later, we headed to Cafe No. 5, where the tempting aroma of freshly baked pizza beckoned us. The menu offers a variety of Thai and Western dishes. We decided to try the Chicken Kao Soi — a rich, authentic curry with tender chicken that practically melts in your mouth. It was packed with flavor and truly satisfying. Next, we enjoyed the Prawn Fried Rice, served with seafood sauce and generously sized, fresh boiled prawns — so delicious we found ourselves unable to stop eating! To finish, the smoked salmon pizza was a visual and aromatic delight, featuring a thin, crispy crust and high-quality ingredients that exceeded our expectations.

Overall, the food was excellent, and the setting was both relaxing and elegant. The prices were reasonable, and the staff displayed professionalism and warmth, eager to ensure our enjoyment.

We highly recommend Sinin Exclusive Hotel & Residence to anyone visiting the Phatamsnak Hill area. It’s a wonderful spot for a memorable dining experience with stunning views and top-notch cuisine.
