AI music generator platform Suno has lost a copyright infringement case.

The landmark ruling was made in favour of German performance rights organisation GEMA by the Munich Regional Court in on Friday, July 31, finding that Suno was not entitled to use music represented by GEMA to train its AI models.

The court ruled that the AI platform is in breach of both the German and US copyright law, and that it had used, stored and reproduced copyrighted material without licence.

Ubbi Dubbi brought the kind of weekend Texas ravers live for. Bass shaking the ground, sunset views over Panther Island, the Trinity River in the background, and nonstop energy from start to finish.

Day one delivered huge moments, from early sets that showed off the Texas EDM scene to an emotional Alesso set and an unreal Kx5 closing with lasers reflecting over the water.

Even though day two ended early because of weather, the memories, music, and community still made this one unforgettable.
