I had a chance to bring small gifts
to the kids at Wat Bandunsing School.
เป็นของเล็ก ๆ ง่าย ๆ เช่น
🍓 strawberries
🍊 oranges & fruits
🍪 cookies
💧 drinking water
Nothing fancy. Nothing big.
But their smiles were everything.
บางครั้ง happiness doesn’t have to be complicated.
You don’t need to wait until life is “perfect” to give.
Just give when you can — and your heart feels lighter.
Today I didn’t expect anything in return.
I was just happy to see the kids smile
and grateful that I still have the chance to share.
May this small moment
bring a good day to many hearts 🌱

ของ "Wasser ist Leben" และ "Sebastian Kneipp"
เซบาสเตียน ไคนิปป์ (Sebastian Kneipp) (1821-1897) เป็นนักบวชคาทอลิกและนักบำบัดโรคชาวเยอรมันที่โด่งดังจาก "Wasserkur" หรือ "การบำบัดด้วยน้ำ" ไคนิปป์ประสบกับโรคเรื้อรังมากมายในวัยหนุ่ม แต่เขาสามารถรักษาโรคเหล่านี้ได้ด้วยการใช้น้ำเย็นและวิธีการรักษาแบบธรรมชาติอื่นๆ เขาเขียนประสบการณ์ของเขาไว้ในหนังสือชื่อ "Meine Wasserkur" (การบำบัดด้วยน้ำของฉัน) ซึ่งตีพิมพ์ในปี พ.ศ. 2429 และกลายเป็นหนังสือขายดี.
