เมื่อวันที่ 1 สิงหาคม 2568 นายรัศม์ ชาลีจันทร์ ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ร่วมกับผู้แทนจากกองทัพบก บรรยายสรุปแก่คณะทูต ผู้ช่วยทูตฝ่ายทหาร และสื่อมวลชนต่างประเทศ ที่ค่ายสรรพสิทธิประสงค์ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี เกี่ยวกับข้อเท็จจริงของเหตุการณ์ตั้งแต่เกิดสถานการณ์ ผลกระทบต่อพลเรือนจากการโจมตีที่ฝ่ายกัมพูชาเป็นฝ่ายเริ่ม การละเมิดข้อตกลงหยุดยิงของฝ่ายกัมพูชา และการบิดเบือนข้อมูลข่าวสารอย่างต่อเนื่องโดยฝ่ายกัมพูชา เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจให้ผู้แทนรัฐบาลประเทศต่าง ๆ และเน้นย้ำท่าทีของไทยที่ยึดมั่นในหลักการสากล กฎหมายระหว่างประเทศ โดยเฉพาะกฎหมายมนุษยธรรมระหว่างประเทศ
On 1 August 2025, H.E. Mr. Russ Jalichandra, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, and represtatives from the Royal Thai Army, briefed the delegation of the diplomatic corps, Defence Attachés, and foreign media, at Fort Sunpasitthiprasong, Ubon Ratchathani province, clarifying facts of the incidents since the clashes, impact on civilians from the attacks initiated by Cambodia, Cambodia’s violation of ceasefire agreement, and continuous disinformation campaigns by Cambodia. This briefing provided a better understanding to the representatives from foreign governments as well as foreign media and emphasized Thailand’s commitment to international principles and international law, particularly international humanitarian law.
